Obnoxious, Foul-Mouthed Bartender!. I have never written a review before but feel compelled to after this experience! I live in Santa Monica but was in the "Valley" visiting a friend when another friend called and asked me to meet him for a drink near his house. We made plans to meet at Club 6025. He got there before me and text me that maybe we should change locations. But I was already in the parking lot, so I went in not knowing what to expect. I quickly found out why he wanted to leave! When I walked in the door I could hear a VERY LOUD FEMALE voice yelling, "F U, Lick my b..ls"! She repeated this over and over and got even louder! I thought some idiot young girls must have been getting into a bar fight! I was shocked to see that it was actually the bartender! YES!! The bartender this place obviously hired to "tend" their bar! There was no fight going on. Apparently she just thought she was being funny or something. Well, it wasn't funny AT ALL! It was obvious that the 7 or 8 people who were in this 150 seat establishment were all just her buddies! Not only trashy mouths, but trashy appearances too! my friend had been to 6025 before and said this is the first time he had seen this woman. He said the nighttime employees are much different. I won't be going back after dark to find out! If this woman is what the owners like to have behind their bar, I'm not interested to meet any of the other employees. It's a shame that they allow this because this place really has potential! If u do decide to try 6025, just beware of Melissa! Not someone u want to introduce your parents to! Shameful and embarassing!

VERY MEAN OWNER !!!. This has got to be one of the most "POORLY" run establishments I have ever been in. The service was sub par At Best , and the owner is a TATAL ASS*~LE. I went there and the bartender Pete, I think his name is had to be told 3 times to make us our drink Wrong. Pete is doing pretty good though since he pockets half the money he gets.

Great bar all around. I have never heard of Club sixty 25 until a friend said there is a salsa dance every Tuesday. I went, and was totally surprised to find a nice little location with plenty of parking, well-priced drinks, welcoming personnel, and very friendly and nice people at the bar! I am going every week now, and it is always great.

A great place in Tarzana. There are no other clubs like ClubSixty25 anywhere around. All of the other bars/night clubs in the vicinity are what I refer to as kiddy bars and cater to the 21-35 year old crowd. The patrons of this club are generally over 40. This means your ears will not be tortured all night long by heavy metal and rap crap. ClubSixty25 hires bands such as Ronnie and the Classics, The Company Band, Skyline, and a host of other great bands. The music is geared for dancing and the club offers a huge dance floor. This club also offers Salsa dance night on Wednesdays; so, if you like Salsa dancing or want to learn, lessons are offered earlier in the evening. After 9:00 it’s open Salsa. Thursday is live band Karaoke night; so, if you love to sing Karaoke, come in and try it with a live band. Go to the club’s web site at ClubSixty25 and view the calendar to find out who is playing and special events.

The owners, Peter and Bob, are people with heart. They have offered the club’s facilities for a number of memorials and fund raising functions.

Drinks are moderately priced and properly concocted. Appetizers are good and moderately priced.

I would like to say that several of the earlier customer reviews were written before the club was purchased by Peter and Bob. These reviews were written when the club was called David’s Den.

Nothing like it in L.A. county. A great nightclub for mature people 45 and up. Huge dance floor which is usually packed to the max. Lots of friendly lively single people and some couples too! I have never had a bad time here. The owners Pete and Bob are both wonderful in their own ways, Bob is like a mother hen always moving around the Club picking up empty glasses and chatting with the patrons while Pete usually remains behind the bar ready with a big smile and if he knows you usually has your drink ready for you as you approach. The owners go to the wire to get outstanding entertainment. If you love to dance this is the place for you. Orange line parking lot is one block North of the Club and is well lit by the 24 hour 7/11 directly across the street so arriving at or leaving the club is safe.

Oh, and when you come, try to dress up a little or should I say bring a little class with you to add to your own pleasure when you are making a night of it on the town here.

I am really Nikki Z - see my picture to confirm. Will the real Nikki Z please stand up? First of all, I am actually Nikki Z and secondly, I used to work at Club Sixty 25. My experiences there have always been great - Club Sixty 25 is the only club of its kind in the area. It offers great entertainment - no cover charge! The musicians are well taken care of, the staff and customers know your name, and they pour a great drink. I have nothing but respect for both of the owners, Peter and Bob. It's a wonderful place to relax and has a little bit of that old Vegas style charm. Also, if you're into stories, Peter has the best in town!

Greedy Owner!! Slow bar service!. We stopped at this club on a Saturday night on our way to another bar. First time here. Much older crowd! I don't think there was anyone under 60 in this place. Except for the waitresses. We planned to have one drink and then be on our way. The old grey haired guy who owns or manages the place told us almost immediately that we each had to order 2 drinks and if we did not, we could leave! What kind of owner/mgr. treats their patrons this way?? Since the parking sucks and I would have had to walk half a mile to get the car, we decided to stay for a while. I went to the bar to get our drinks but the old man bartender was too busy talking to his "old cronies" to even notice that I was there! Then I went to the other side of the bar to order from a different bartender, but she was too busy drinking shots with her friends to take my order! I stood there watching her down a couple shots and ignore her customers for at least 10 minutes!! I found my friends sitting at a table and was about to tell them that I had enough of this place! But right away a very nice, young, pretty waitress asked us if she could get us a drink. We went ahead and ordered and she brought the drinks to us immediately! She took such great care of us that we ended up staying much longer than originally planned. The music was actually good. It was mostly R&B, 70's, 80's, etc. If not for the band and the waitress, we would have left! I would only recommend this place for the music which I think they only have on the weekends. And if u do go to this club make sure that u ask for the waitress Amy! Otherwise u could wait all night for a drink! My buddy wanted to go back the next weekend just to see her! Also, ignore the owner! Because he's a jerk off and he'll ignore u once he makes it clear that he only wants your money! The band was great though and that's really the only thing this bar has going for it is the live entertainment.

Club Sixty 25 Review. Previous reviews are by disgruntled past employees and a patron. This club is under new ownership and has been rebuilt inside into a classy and clean club to enjoy great music and spirits. Wednesday night is open mic for professional blues musicians and patrons, including high profile celebrirites who come in to jam with a great house band that has been there for the last year and a half. Prices are very reasonable and the crowd is friendly and loaded with talent. Come in to Club Sixty 25 for on Wednesday nights beginning at 9:00 p.m. for a wonderful evening of blues and friendship.
