good course for a beginner like me. This course is perfect for the beginners including myself. Good sales on the golfwears at the club house, too.

I like this course.
I really like this course. The price is right and staffs are friendly. On weekends, it's bit busy but you can still enjoy it.
The driving range is pretty nice and the lessons from pros at this course is exellent.

you gotta be kidding. Who did this research. When my kid turns 4, or my Dad turns 90, this will be when I play this course again. Ridiculous poll.

What a JOKE!!. Westlake Village is a flat featurless over-rated overpriced piece of crap. The only challenge is getting out from under the trees without breaking your arms & wrists on the tree roots.

pitch 'n putt-putt. my fiancee & i play it because she has never played before. It is pre-beginner--no challenge, no ambiance, barely as stroll in the park. but a nice driving range and people.

Too Many Par Threes. Course has been altered due to errarant balls landing on the freeway. Several holes were shortened to par threes. Any course with so many par three holes can not be rated as a top course

Blue Hair City. This has got to be the slowest course I have ever played. It is rarely in even descent shape and the tight layout makes dodging errant shots the only good exercise you will get.

Too short. Interesting but this is a short course. Good quality, but too short to rank with championship level courses in this survey. Vastly overcrowded and slower play than most munis for its length.

Noisy Exec. I find the back nine to be way too noisy from the freeway. And it has too many 3's. I don't hate the course, but would easily be talked into playing elsewhere in the area.
