Nice theatre. The place is clean and the seats are great. The acoustics are awesome you can really hear anything from everywhere. I enjoy coming here on weekends with the family and even invite along friends too.

"Beowulf" at the MANN Theater, in Westlake is NOT presented in 3D. If you want to really enjoy this new movie...see it at the Janss Mall Mann theater...special effects are really outstanding in 3D, but just an average movie without the way it was filmed in 3D.

Good place for movies. Mann Westlake is a good theater. The actually theaters are clean and ao are the bathrooms. Most major release movies are shown there. The location is small in a good way where if you are thirsty, you don't have to run too far to buy a water. Some of the big theaters in the valley make a bathroom visit or water break a 15 minute production, where you miss a portion of the movie. Nice local theater.
