I've banked at this branch for sixteen years. I feel it is special because the staff take pride in their work and service. I have used several other B/A branches but in my view, this is the nicest one with which to do business.
Since I won't get around to writing a thank you note to the manager, I'd like to thank him or her now. Your high standards really make the customer feel respected. ThaNK YOU.
