Hanks Tire is way expensive and did not do a good job of diagnosing my cars problem. My car broke down the other day and I had AAA tow it to and approved repair shop. When Hank’s called I must say they did give me the price of around $600 but I was in a hurry and needed it done so in actually paying that much I am to blame. BUT…. They told me they could not a find a problem with my car. I said that I had it towed there it wasn’t running what do you mean you can’t a problem. They said they ran a diagnostic on it and there was nothing wrong that they could find. They said I needed 2 new tires and alignment and that they would clean the fuel injectors that that may be the problem. This turned out to be an expensive guess. When I picked up the car I noticed it did not have my AAA discount on the receipt. I asked the guy were my AAA discount was listed and he said it was included in the price. I do not think so I believe I got taken but what was I going to do about it now. I was the dummy that approved the work. I told the guy not to cut me any deals I would not be back so he might as well stick it to me. The next day not being comfortable with their diagnosis and worried about my car break down on the road. I took the car to another shop. They found the faulty component that was causing my car to stall in all of 10 min. I really got taken for a ride at Hank’s I shouldn’t have trusted them. I guess the work they did was okay the wheels have not come of the car. Yet…
Pros: Got my car in right away
Cons: Did not solve my auto problem

Hank's Tire is very competent and trustworthy. We've brought several cars to them over the years for different kind of work, from tire repair to smog to presale inspection to engine repair. We've been pleased every time. They're responsive and fast.
