BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

by pdunne

I don't even want to give this place one star.... I went for the first time with a couple friends of mine and had a horrible experience. As we were eating our meal my friend is chewing her food and she felt something in her mouth. She pulled hair out of her mouth. Not a small piece either. It was a few pieces all clumped together. Absolutely disgusting. When we wanted to speak to the manager, they never sent them to the table. We waited about 20 minutes and finally went up to the counter. The staff was rude to us and the manager finally came out. When we explained what was in the food they had the nerve to blame us for putting the hair in our own food so we could get a free meal. I couldn't believe this was the service we were getting. The food wasn't even that good. It's just cafeteria food. I will never go back to this place again and I highly don't recommend it.

I have eaten at several of the Todai restraunts, this is by far the worst. Poor service, combined with a very poor selection of sushi, made for a bad experience all the way around. The fish was less than fresh, and not very much of it at that. Sashimi was cut way to thick and the unagi was served cold. Leading me to beleive that the chefs don't know what they are doing. Go anywhere else but here. Management didn't even care about my opinion when I was asked how everything was.

  • Cons: Poor Selection, Poor Quality Fish

huge amounts of food....poor quality

by GENEANDIRENE

if quantity is more important to you than quality, this is the place to go...The sushi is not as tasteful as in most sushi restaurants....I will never go back..I'd rather spend more for less but eat much higher quality fish.

  • Pros: all you can eat
  • Cons: quality of fish poor
