Worst Service for a Luxury Goods company. All i needed was my ring to be dipped (rhodium) and cleaned. We came here, it was a place we new friends and family had purchased from, thought it would be trustworthy and good quality. After their cleaning of the ring knocked diamonds out (this ring has been cleaned by other jewelers just fine and had been cleaned just 6months prior) they didn't even notice! After bringing it up, they agreed to fix and then it happened again (3 more diamonds)! Aside from that, rudely telling us that it's our ring's fault and to never return was the last straw!! We took the ring and were leaving when the employee shouted at us, "yeah, don't bring that back here" in this economy when you are looking to pay good money for diamonds or gold and the holidays are around the corner and my husband buys lots of jewelry, go where you'll be treated with respect and business acumen... so go somewhere else.

I Got Paid HUGE. I got paid. I checked with three other places and they couldn't beat the amount I got paid by Diamond and Jewelry Gallery! Highly recommend for selling gold to them

What a fantastic Anniversary!. My fiancee' had surprised me by taking me to DJG in woodland Hills. that surprised me first of all! but oh such friendly people in the so attentive and so knowledgeable of the details of the cut of my most beautiful diamond he ended up buying for me! I was so impressed by the customer service. They really listened to me! so fantastic! I will indeed make sure my husband to be goes there again--SOON!

Great Service! Service! Service!. I went here after reading some reviews online. The reviews about how they give you personal attention at Diamond & Jewelry Gallery were true. JP sat down with me for over an hour and educated me about diamonds. I love their no pressure approach. They answered all my questions and weren't pushing me to buy. In the end, no other place compared to their service and price! Thanks JP, you guys are the best and really know how to treat your customers.
