HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Dropped off my computer to be fixed 6 weeks ago. Alll that they had to do was replace the part that plugs the charger into the computer to charge the battery. When we went back to pick up the computer, the keyboard was completely buckled and the screen has a pink tinge to the entire screen. We asked what happened and they try to fix the key board, which is still broken and tried to blame us for the screen. After screaming at every manager and customer service person that works there, they finally agreed to fix the computer 5 weeks ago.

I am a student and in my last quarter and have to do an electronic portfolio show where my work runs through my laptop. I told them that the show was on March 24 and they assured me that the laptop would be fixed in that amount of time.

We went back last week and my computer had been sitting there the whole time. They said oh sorry we can't fix the computer. I bought the computer from fry's and now they can't fix something THAT THEY BROKE. So they offered us to buy another computer from them equal to what we have for half price. WTF first you break the computer I bought from you and then want me to pay for another one. Really Fry's come on.

I called to talk to some stupid manager who's name is ADAM. I asked what I was suppose to do with a computer with a buckled keyboard and a pink screen and he said huh I don't know donate it. You obviously don't need a degree or any sort of IQ to work at Fry's.

I then called Fry's corporate office who decided to be just as rude as the Woodland Hills store and told me that they did not care if the Woodland Hills Fry's broke my computer I need to take it up with the store and there is nothing they can do and they did not care and hung up on me.

So now we have a broken computer, which Fry's broke, and noone doing anything to help us. WORST STORE I EVER DEALT WITH. We are now trying to find consumer advocate to help us.

DO NOT GO THERE WORSE STORE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN~
