Horrible Service from Alex!. I met the cocky Alex when I first came in. I had a problem with my phone and he promised me he could fix it. 2 hours later, after asking me me for my phone number and wanted to "party" with me, he was not able to fix my phone!! Not only did I not get my phone fixed but I got hit on! What? He kept telling me that he goes to after hours and does "E" and smokes "Weed". Crazy stuff! I had to go to a different location to get my phone fixed. That guy actually called my phone even though I never gave him my number creepy!
Verizon Wireless on Topanga - don't go there. I had the worst experience at this verizon store -- they lied about the activation charge and over charged me on a cell phone. Spent over 2 hrs trying to fix the issue that this stored created. Go to Best Buy down the street -- they have better deals and great customer service.
CUSTOMER SERVICE PROBLEMS!. Trust me...as a longtime Verizon wireless customer, AVOID dealing with the Woodland Hills location if at all possible! The incompetent management is obviously so focused on sales quotas and internal power plays, that they've lost all sight of the customer.
Verizon Service. Worst service experience attempting a Blue Tooth purchase for the ear. The personnel are so busy trying to sell you new services that they don't service needs you have come in to address. First staff attempts to sell you a high priced Blue Tooth when the basic item is serviceable. Then when you ask what is involved in getting started, they fail to tell you that you have to "pair " the device with the phone. They also do not check which ear is dominant so that the ear piece can be adjusted as side specific (the latter is important for folks who do not have good hearing in both ears). Finally, they make you come back to do these things -- ncessitating a second trip -- and they don't take you right away when you had been in the store previously for the same service.
Sporadic service all around town. Having used Verizon Wireless for three years now, I've found the service to be largely useless. I had no signal or 1/4 bars of reception throughout Woodland Hills. The calls are dropped so often, I have hundreds of minutes unused every month. I'm considering breaking my contract, since I figure that I'm already wasting hundreds of dollars a year.
bad. I've been having a trouble with recieption. It doesn't even work in my apartment. Or sometimes when there is no recieption it goes on a roming sistem. I'm also very disappointed in service. If I use it by phone they put me on hold for a very long time. Ones I've been on hold for almost 45 minutes. If you walk into the store they treat you like you some kind of criminal(and I have a very conservative look). The castomer service were really mean to me by interrupting my quesions with rude answers. I would like to use another sell company but I have to keep my phone number.
