NICE PLACE. This place is a vegetarian's dream grocery store, with a focus on natural and organic goods and a gargantuan selection of fruits, vegetables and vegan products. But carnivores won't feel neglected, as stores also boast a vast selection of top-quality meats, poultry and fish. Also expect fresh-baked goods, house ware, a floral department and a well-stocked vitamin and personal-product section. Deli offers hot and cold prepared foods and artisanal cheeses.

Best Meat Market in the W. Valley. Huge fresh meat and fish selection. Excellent friendly service for many years. These guys will share cooking advice. Good beer selection too. The grocery items are pricey, but understandable for specialty gourmet market. Yummy A+++++++

Best in the Valley. They have a great assortment of meat and the service is terrific. They have fresh seafood as well. Their homeade sausages are PERFECT!
