Matt Jones Great Salesman Great Guy

I did not buy a Honda here only because the Fit was a tad too small for me (6'4" and 290lbs); but it was a close call. Matt Jones, the Internet sales manager is absolutely top-flight. He is attentive, informative and answers your questions without doing all those annoying and insulting salesman games. The reason Honda is a great car and a great car company is because they hire intelligent and thoughtful people like Matt to sell their great cars. When I asked questions about the car via email, he was right there with an answer--and it was the reply to the question I asked, not some way to sell me another car or to manipulate me or sell me a car I couldn't really afford.

And when I came in, he was a real gent--no tag team with the manager, no "what do I have to do to sell you a car today" BS that makes me run for the exit. When I buy my next car, Matt is the first guy I'm going to call. Save yourself a lot of degrading experiences enduring the car sales dog-and-pony show at other dealers and call Matt, believe me, you'll thank yourself.

• Cons: Honda doesn't have $2000 rebates (and doesn't have to)

worst service center in the Valley

I just took my car for service at Robertson Honda (awesome) - they told me that the tranmission flush Woodland Hills Honda did was only for the pan - not a real transmission flush for which I was charged - if you have any questions about the efficacy or true nature of my response check the Better Buisness Bureau website - Woodland Hills Honda has an F rating with over 20 complaints not even answered - I didn't post mine because I think theres enough evidence there already. take your car somewhere else - this place is the perfect representation of the service center that tries to screw you. Bottom line not all service centers are bad, but this one is horrible.

Great Service Experience

I brought my Accord in for an oil change and I had it back really quick, and they even washed my car too. I love coming here because I feel like a king, and they have great cookies.
