WASTE OF TIME!!! The first time I met with them they were more concerned with Birthday Cake than clients waiting at the front desk. They don't validate so I ended up spending $12 for parking. The second time they sent me on a wild goose chases to job interviews that had already been filled. The third and final time I met with them they couldn't give proper directions and told me I was rude so they don't want to work with me. I was not rude, they were rude. They don't listen and cut you off in the middle of your sentence. Wasted my time, money, and gas!

Poor follow through and Poor listening skills. I signed up 2yrs ago and they finally placed me after 1yr. I was placed at this co in Calabasas and when everything went south, I tried to inform my spvr that the owner's daughter was verbally abusive towards me, they didn't believe me and in fact did nothing! I was placed at a family owned co and the position I was in was suppose to be the owner's granddaughters' position. I was often humiliated and screamed at and when I talked to the office manager, she couldn't do anything but listen to me. My office manager understood but couldn't reprimand the person that was making my life a living hell since she was the owner's daughter. Everyone else really liked me and I felt the same except for the owner's daughter. The owner's tried numerous times talking me out of quitting since it turned out to be the most depressing and stressful job I have ever held. The owner's daughter would be nice to me once every 3 months after being reprimanded by her father. It turned out to be a cycle and I couldn't bear her wrath and I left the company. Ultimate Staffing never even bothered to check up on me if everything was okay or if the situation has been resolved. They just turned their backs on me and left me hanging. I will not recommend this agency because if you need help on anything, they will not even give you the time of day! All they cared about is getting their money's worth.
