Amazing Pie.
Some of the best pie I've ever had! Went back for seconds and nearly ruptured my intestines! I was rushed to intensive care the next day because my intestines had in fact ruptured, however the pie from my second helping was still intact and I had a great breakfast! Thanks Four 'N 20 Restaurant Grill!
Only four stars due to hospital bill.

Great Place!!.
When I go out to eat, I expect to pay a lot for my meal. I also expect to get a lot of food for that money. I'm a bit of a foodie and only want the best. Well, this place did deliver a great meal that I really enjoyed, only the portion was so small that I left feeling hungry still. The price wasn't worth the meal. However, the ambiance is very nice.

Sherman Oak's Well Kept Secrete.
My daughter first took me to this quaint restaurant 4 years ago. Since then, I've been back many times. The service is excellent, the staff is friendly and warm, the food is excellent and the price is right. I pray they do not change a thing. Whenever management "new and improves" they destroy the warmth and the feeling of being welcome.
Great place, don't hesitate to take your family or friends. I take my grandchildren for a treat. Let's not forget the pies, did I use the word excellent before? What can I say, truth is truth. Great place!

Great breakfast, lunch, and pie.
Scrambled eggs cooked so that they're firm but not dry? Check. French dip flavorful and meaty? Check. Fries crispy on the outside and tender on the inside? Check. Coconut pie? Check.
I remember Four 'n 20 from my childhood in Sherman Oaks, and several decades later, it's still around. It must be doing something right, and I know we were happy on our recent visit there. I'd definitely make a return trip, as so many locals clearly do on a regular basis.

THE LOWEST POINT IN THE VALLEY!.
I had to have my car serviced nearby and tried breakfast. Being new to LA I've been trying breakfasts all over...from the expensive to the cheapest Mexican hangouts. This was without a doubt THE WORST place! Hard to screw up breakfast but it all was tasteless. (and it's not me) Undercooked potatoes with no seasoning, an omelette with bacon that had bacon shreds like you might find in a salad, and utterly tasteless toast. (How does that happen?) even the coffee was weak. I should have known given the lack of patrons. Locals must avoid this place. I've never walked away and left so much on the plate. I'm tempted to go back just to marvel at how bad the other dishes can be. I ended up walking down Van Nuys Blvd. and having a great do-over breakfast at an inexpensive Mexican place (LA FOGATA) that was terrific and half the price! Remember Four n 20...as somewhere NOT TO GO!
