Bad Service. I went to Super-Rite to get my husband's prescription filled the day he got out of the hospital following hip replacement surgery. After I gave them his prescription and insurance information they took my phone number. When I came to pick it up it wasn't ready because they needed his photo I.D. which I didn't have with me. It would have been nice if they had called me, as they had my phone number, but customer service is not their game. I went to a big name drug store and got great service. Never again will go to Super-Rite.

A PHARMACY THAT CARES. Super-Rite has the nicest and most helpful staff I have ever experienced with any pharmacy. I felt such a huge need to comend them that I created a citysearch account just to prise them. Due to the nature of my brothers illness, he has a landruy list of complicated medication. They are never bothered when I call two or three times a day to check on the status of his medication while waitting for Dr. offices or medi-cal to respond. I am thankful for there quality of service and level of customer service in my times of frustration and them helping in keeping my brother medicated and well.

Very good establishment. This place has the greatest prices around town, believe me I've checked. If and when you're on a budget this place is the place to go. I've had only a few prescriptions that could have adopted at other pharmacies at cheaper prices (and have) but since I get most of my medication from this joint I just keep it all here.

The staff is very friendly as well. After a small handful of visits they new me by name. Exceptional service I must say. I don't know if this place if family owned or what but I'm pretty sure that it isn't a chain.

They are very fast with my refills. If I stay to wait it has never taken any longer than 10 minutes to pick up my prescription. If I don't wait then my prescription is always ready the same day, depending on what time I phone my prescription in of course.

This place was referred to me buy my wife's grandmother who uses this place. After I phoned around (for price matching) this place has pretty much all places beat. I don't know why and honestly sometimes I don't care but whatever their doing it saves me money. Some of my prescriptions run into the hundred dollar range for a months supply so a savings on my medication each month is quite important.

Hey, you can check the place out if you'd like. Do the leg work and price match with other places if you aren't sure. The only thing I worry about is this place becoming too popular which would naturally cause more clientele for them (which is good) but plausibly longer lines for me (which is bad), but then again who knows. I think this place has been around for quite some-time and they all seem to have their you know what together. Every-time I walk in there Everybodies working. I've never seen anybody in there goofing off instead of getting things done. This doesn't mean that they don't dawn smiles on their faces as you walk into the door though. Great customer service and experience, I must say. Been going there for over 8 months now.

Quick personable service while you wait!. Extremely friendly staff, plenty of parking, open on Saturdays, expedited/speedy service. Owner David will greet you by name. Most products in stock in store aisles.
