Friendly Furniture Store. Was looking for some furniture for the new place and come across this place.

It was clean and the people were friendly. Found what I was looking for at a very affordable price.

Overall had a great experience.

Better than I thought!. I needed living room furniture months ago and was looking at citysearch for furniture stores, Michael's furniture came up but it had poor reviews so i skipped over it and went to a few other better-reviewed places in my area. i didn't really find anything so i decided to just keep the furniture i had for the time being because I didn't want to settle on something I didn't really like and i was feeling really irritated that i couldn't find anything i wanted.

recently I decided to shop around again and saw that the reviews were alot better for michael's, i thought I might as well check it out. I don't know if they hired new staff or retrained old staff because of bad reviews but i know the man who helped me was really nice and patient and helped me decide what furniture would be best for my house. My husband was mad that i didn't take him with me at first but when i took him with me the second time to help choose the rest of the living room and bedroom stuff he was happy when i showed him the selections we made and was so glad that the salesman (not the same as the first time but another nice man) assisted us so well. My sister is buying a condo so i'm going to take her to michael's to look at their furniture, too.

Amazing Furniture Store!. A friend of mine recommended this place to me when I moved and needed to get a new living room set, so I decided to give it a try. I had a few other places on my list and wanted to make sure I shopped around before making a purchase. Michael's was 4th on my list of 8 stores to visit... I didn't make it to store number 5! Not only did I find exactly what I wanted at Michael's but the prices were reasonable and the salesman who assisted me was very helpful. He helped me find a great entertainment center to go with my couches and I'm going back next week to pick out a dining room set. I'm sooooo thankful my friend told me about this place, I'm going to do all of my furniture shopping here from now on!

Best Furniture Store in Los Angeles!!!. I am recently divorced and moved back to Los Angeles 3 months ago. I was in need of furniture for my new apartment and was told to check out Michael's Furniture. Am I ever glad I did. Not only do they have a HUGE selection but they have the best prices on name brand furniture in all of Los Angeles. Trust me, I know. I looked at so many different places. The best part is that they are a family owned business and they made me feel as if i was a part of their family! Thank you Michael's Furniture for a great experience!

Will go back!. As new homeowners, the little lady and I didn't have much extra money to spend on furniture since we spent pretty much ALL of it on the house... But we still needed a desk for our home office, a new addition that neither of us had in our old places. After looking around at lots of office supply stores and other furniture stores, we saw a commercial for Michael's and decided to try it out.

Finding a desk, chair, and filing cabinet that all went together AND didn't rob us blind wasn't something we thought we would achieve, but at Michael's we did exactly that. They even had everything we wanted in stock and ready to go, so we got our delivery hassle-free not even a week after placing our order.

Though we're not in a place where we can re-do every room in our house just yet, I know where we'll be going when we are - Michael's Furniture, for sure.

Wow - awesome customer service. Despite the other reviews here, I had a really positive experience at Michael's Furniture. My boyfriend and I just moved in together, and even though we both had furniture to bring to the new place, the living room stuff we had totally clashed so we ended up deciding to start from scratch.

A friend told us about Michael's and our new apartment isn't TOO far away from it, so we went over to check it out. A guy on the sales floor helped us pretty quickly, and we walked out with a sofa set and entertainment system that we both agreed on.

Now not only do we have a great new place, but we have a living room that represents both of our personal styles together... I'm loving it.

Great experience - will go back again!. Before Michael's Furniture, I would have thought that quality and affordability could NOT be achieved under the same roof - at least not at a furniture store! But now that I have seen all that Michael

Loved Them!. After a few dismal trips to other furniture stores, my roommate and I decided to try Michael's for our new condo. We needed a sofa and coffee table because the stuff from our old apartment just didn't go with the size and layout of the new place.

When we got to Michael's, we were surprised at how much selection they had and at how reasonable the prices were. After looking around and finding something we liked, we were approached by a very helpful salesman who assisted us in ordering exactly what we needed. We got a beautiful sectional and a matching coffee table, which fit perfectly in our modern living room once it was delivered the following week.

All in all, we'd definitely visit Michael's again... And maybe sooner rather than later - we *do* need some new patio furniture! :)

Great Experience. My husband and I recently decided to redecorate our home and needed new furniture. We found Michael's Furniture online and decided to give it a try. We could not be more please!!

Upon arriving, we were greeted by an extremely kind staff and welcomed immediately to the store. We had to wait briefly for an available salesperson but it was perfect because it gave us an opportunity to browse the store and get an idea of what the selection was like.

Once the salesperson came to help us, he was super friendly and knowledgeable. We spent the entire afternoon looking and eventually decided on a bedroom set and a dining room table. We set up a delivery and our stuff arrived on time and in perfect condition! We are thoroughly enjoying the likes of our new home and it's new feel. We are already planning our trip back to Michaels to get a new living room set!!

The Worst Furniture place on planet earth!!!. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS WACK! I WALKED IN THE STORE NO ONE GREETED ME. THEY DIDNT EVEN SMILE! I WANTED HELP AND HAD QUESTIONS ON THIER MERCHANDISE , THEY TOTALLY IGNORED ME AND I WAS LEFT THERE FOR 20 MIN WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO COME HELP ME.

I HAVE NEVER BEEN THIS UPSET BEFPRE...

THE SALES MAN WERE SERIOUS AND WERE NOT FRIENDLY...THEY ARE RIP OFFS....AFTER FINALLY ORDERING WHAT I WANT....THEY TOLD ME TO COME BACK TOMORROW. I LIKE AN IDIOT PAY FOR THE ORDER AND COME BACK TO PICK IT UP THE NEXT DAY ONLY FINDING THEM TELLING ME THAT IT WAS STILL NOT READY FOR PICK UP CAUSE THEY DONT HAVE PEOPLE IN THE WAREHOUSE TO PICK UP A DAMN BOX AND PUT IT IN MY VAN!!!..I TELL THEM ITS JUST A BOX. SO THEY GO AND GET A BOX AND PLACE IT ON THE FLOOR. THE PERSON THIER NAMED (SERIGO...) WORST SALES PERSON ON EARTH, HE TELLS ME TO PULL MY CAR UPFRONT...I BROUGHT MY CAR UPFRONT AND I WAS WAITING FOR HIM TO PACK IT IN THE CAR....20 MIN PASSES AND NO ONE PUTS THAT DAMN BOXX IN MY VANN.......I GO AROUND AND ASK ABOUT HIM HE DISAPPEARS OUT OF THE FACE OF THE EARTH!..THEY CALL HIS NAME IN THE SPEAKER STILL HE DIDNT COME! SO I GO TO A PERSON NOT KNOWING THAT IT WAS THE OWNER...I ASK FOR THE ONWER ..HE SAYS WHAT CAN I DO FOR YOU. I EXPLAIN MY SITUATION FOR HIM. HE DECIDES TO PICK UP THE BOX AND PUT IT IN MY VAN. AFTER THAT I LAEVE, I WOULD HAVE PACKED THE BOX MYSELF BUT I HAVE BACK PROBS...ANYWAYS I GO HOME ASSEMBLE THE PART AND FIND IT MISSING PARTS!!!!!!!!!! I CALLED THEM ,...STUPID SERIGO BURRITO... DIDNT GIVE ME ALL THE PARTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HE DISAPPEARED............. TERRIBLE SERVICE!
