BE WARNED FOLKS! RIP OFF! we spent over 5k. was told by JUAN/AUGIE i was buying new dining set, would be delivered new, "just out of box", and got a damaged, used floor model instead. took pictures, called, complained. no call has EVER been returned as they promise to do. VERONICA has lied 3 times to us. had to go back to store personaly, was told they would replace or fix any damages, said "they ordered replacement". they never did. sofa set broke first use. guy came to fix it and could not. frame is bent and totally out of alignment. sofa also torn. quality is horrible. they now refuse to do ANYTHING to help, replace or fix there damaged, used junk they delivered. i did sign at delivery as we were in the middle of moving that day, but it has taken inspection and use (once) to find damages and defects. they will say or do anything for a sale, and then you are on your own! you have been warned. i will go to court, and have contacted Better Business. i am out alot of money

i got a good deal on my sectional. during the sale they pushed for the upsell on the extended warranty. at first i declined until he lowered it to 100 dollars. so naturally added that to the package in understanding that they would scotchguard my sectional to prevent stains. they dont have custumer service!!! i had to call them for my appointment time, in which they gave me a 6 hr window and showed up in the last 5 mins without even a phone call. my couch was not scotchguarded like i paid for (and they pushed so hard for that sale). keep in mind that i called to confirm that is was already taken care of and they lied and said it was! then when i called them on it they have been nothing but rude liars! after this i made an appointment to have it done again and they never showed up. now im returning the service and its been a week with no credit back on my account! these guys are horrible! seriously, I've never been so disapointed with a company. like the others say, they only care about the money in the initial transaction, after that they couldnt care less!
