In life, if you can find an honest and competant auto mechanic, life is better. I've been going to Mike and Lotsi's for over 25 years. In the beginning, they fixed what other mechanics screwed up. If they tell me I need something, I know I need it. They would not try to sell me something I don't need. I don't even bother asking them "How much will it cost?" anymore. I know it will be a fair price. Sometimes, it has been better than fair. Sometimes, on a quick job, I was charged only for the parts. And when they fix your car, it stays fixed. You don't have to bring it back next week. I have over 200,000 miles on my Toyota and it's still running great because I have a great mechanic. I must admit, my life is better because I found Mike and Lotsi. I just don't worry about car stuff anymore. I give them my highest recommendation.

Mike and Lotsi are the best businessmen you will ever have a chance to deal with, especially as mechanics go. The first time I took my car there I had been informed by another mechanic that I needed my brakes worked on immediately. I didn't trust that mechanic, so I took it to International Auto Specialists on a recommendation from a friend. An hour later Mike called me and asked why my car was there. I thought it an odd question, so I reiterated to him that I needed Brakes. Mike then asked me who had told me that. I let him know that it was another mechanic. Mike simply laughed and told me to come pick up my car since I had over 50% left on my pads and everything else looked good. When I showed up and asked how much I owed, Mike laughed again and told me I didn't owe him a dime. That was 5 years ago and I have been visiting them religiously since then. If Mike or Lotsi says something needs to be done, I believe them. They take the time to really talk to you and explain what is going on and to only fix what really does need fixing. On another occasion, my A/C wasn't working. Ford would only sell the entire system when all I really needed was one part replaced. They went out of their way to find a shop that would sell the part I needed so I didn't have to waste money replacing parts that were still good. You can really trust these guys!
