Great BBQ. First time dining. Went midweek for takeout. Ordered Ribs.

Reminded me of great neighborhood restaurants in the South. Lots of flavor layering, and a tremendous commitment to the cooking process.

Great food does all the talking, and will keep you coming back regardless of ambience.

Jnj demonstrates authentic bbq cooking with no short-cuts. Meat smoked for hours until tender with a chewy smokey crust on the outside. Sauce is truely an option.

Dine now before it gets too popular. This quality cannot be duplicated in mass quantity and you must have major experience and equipment to duplicate at home.

Going back next week for another meal.

Smoke. This is real barbeque, no gas, just a lot of burning wood and smoke. When you smell like barbeque yourself when you leave, that's a good sign.
