I went to this shop and found a gown that I loved. It was really expensive so I decided to sleep on it because I hadn't expected to spend so much of my budget on my gown. I decided to do some research and discovered that the "exclusive/private label" dress they were trying to sell me was actually a name brand designer that was available through a ton of other stores! They wanted $3600 for a gown I found for $800. Needless to say, I didn't feel like getting ripped off so I took my business elsewhere. Nice try.
- Pros: feels fancy schmancy!
- Cons: Fancy schmancy's gonna get you ripped off.

Bridezilla is the Owner

The shop is very nice and the dresses are nice but the Owner? She is rude, she has overly impressed herself with her own title. I had no budget, skies the limit, and was so excited to find the perfect dress but left her shop disgusted and angry. I think there are just too many bridal shops to have to suffer at her hands.............her shop was featured in that TLC show where friends/family did the wedding in five days blah blah blah, who cares..........I was there for my moment!
- Pros: shop is beautiful, roomy
- Cons: Rude owner, employees fear her

Worst Service EVER!!!!

The store was great at first and the sales associate was very welcoming. My family and I began to search for the perfect dress and were having much luck...until the owner of the store came in and told the sales associate, in front of us, that she needed to get us out of her store because she had another appointment coming in and that appointments only last an hour. We were treated poorly and as if we did not belong in her store. This was the worst service I had ever received from any store owner. I was appalled and mortified that the owner would treat a potential buyer the way she treated us. I would never recommend this shop to any of my friends and I have reported this shop.
