Per dollar, this has got to be the Japanese food in L.A. I'm saying that because the quality of the food is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. The cuts of meat, chicken and fish (sushi) are high quality. The sauces are savory. Even the salad dressing... wow. Just start with the chicken teriyaki and see how different it is from the other generic Japanese joints. The place could use a little face lift, but it's still hard to find better Japanese food for the money.

IF YOU ENJOY SUSHI AND TERRIYAKI YOU WILL TRULY ENJOY KUISHIMBO IN VENTURA THE COZY YET SOPHISTICATED SURRONDINGS MAKES IT ONE OF THE BEST RESTAURANTS NOT TO MENTION THERE VERY REASONABLE PRICES
Pros: INEXPENSIVE, DELICIOUS, GOOD LOCATION
