hidden gem in the valley. I went to this place because I purchased a cheap gift certificate through a website. I went on a Thurs night and the place was pretty dead, but it's small. The place is cozy and rather dimly lit. It's nice for a date.

I thought my waiter was a little strange, as first. He was a quirky man with gray hair who quickly proved to be one of the best servers I've ever had. He was extremely helpful and offered tips like adding A1 sauce to the soup or the best way to heat up the sauce that came with the red velvet cake I ordered to go. I will ask for him next time I go back.

Word of advice- order the prime rib. It was amazing!!

SFV Landmark Restaurant. If you've driven pass this restaurant off the 405 fwy like I did all these years you should stop in even if it's just for a cocktail. As you pass through the saloon type doors to enter the bar you feel like you've stepped back in time - I can only imagine all the stories if those walls could talk. The food and drinks are well priced and generous in size, the desserts taste homemade. Fun place for large party or groups.
