What People Are Saying About Fab's Italian Kitchen

In Short – This bright, expansive eatery feels like a tourist restaurant, replete with paper "tablecloths" to mop up inevitable splatters. Apron-clad servers cart out a wide variety of simple fare, including starters like chopped salad to pair with piping-hot sourdough rolls, or giant bowls of calamari with marinara. Melted mozzarella is served with the same chunky sauce. Sausage- and pepper-topped pasta comes in a hearty sauce. The house gelato is a trio of bittersweet chocolate, vanilla and sour lime.
Fab's is Fabu!

We have come here for years, 3-5 years prior to the remodel, and ever since it has reopened. I haven't had any bad food here and the service has been consistently good. Try the vodka suace with penne and chicken, very good. I feel this is a great local eatery, although the prices have gone up a bit compared to pre-remodel. But hey, how you gonna pay for that anyway? Try this place, seriously.
- Pros: Great food, decent prices
- Cons: Parking is a challenge
Awesome Restaurant, Great Atmosphere
by prtymkr7
We LOVE Fab's and dine here a couple of times a week. It is our date night/had a great day at work/had an awful day at work/too tired to cook dinner/just miss the vibe go-to restaurant in our neighborhood. Owners Chef Roger and son Sebastian are wonderful people and always make people feel at home. Sitting up at the bar, Fab's truly feels like an extension of our living room, yet sometimes we are seated in the dining room to create an ambience that feels special and unique when that is what we are seeking.
The food is great, fresh and generously portioned. The restaurant delivers in every aspect - it is absolutely worth a try (it'll become a fave).
- Pros: Service, Quality of Food, Atmosphere
The New Fabs is really worth trying
by AshleyTurner
The new remodel of this landmark restaurant was worth waiting for. This is top of my list for down home Italian cooking at it's best. Every table is a great spot to enjoy some of the best Italian food around. It's a happening restaurant where you can actually hear the person across from you when you have your meal. That's the sign of a good restaurant design and it's warm and inviting. They even have a private VIP room that looks like it would seat a dozen or so.
- Pros: The real deal
- Cons: Closed Mondays
