ITS A TOTAL SCAM!!!!

This is without a doubt the worst experience we have ever had anywhere in the world. Once they have your money forget about it. They cashed my check within hours without having the product... months later no refund. The staff are belligerent and bullyish and very aggressive. This was a very scary experience. DON'T BE FOOLED. I doubt they will be in business very much longer. Research this company to see how others found it. Save your money and sanity and stay away. Also Known as "The Furniture Zone" and "La Muebleria" and "The Furniture Design Center" The most untrustworthy business we have ever dealt with. They seem like nice people at first until they get your money. It's disgusting businesses like this exist in times like these BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!

Simply stated, THEY ARE CROOKS!!

This is a scam. The owners Mark Landau (father) and Mitchell Landau (son) including Angela Landau (wife of Mitchell) are the "owners" of this corrupt scheme. They give you the run around after you pay upfront promising to deliver goods. Most of the time do not give the goods at all or give the consumer the product months after the initial purchase. The have been known to lie to everyone about most everything. They will give you the run around and make you think you are crazy. You are not this is what they do. They will be verbally aggressive towards you when trying to get your money back or delivery of the product(s). Do not give them money or checks as you will never see this again and you have no legal way to contest this if/when this happens. The delivery guy David Kizmer is in on it too. They have the checks written out to him personally, which is theft. Checks are always supposed to be made out to a business and NEVER an individual! They are not to be trusted at all. Note: Mark who goes around his store in a wheelchair, CAN WALK!! Also, they use the Mitchell's baby, who is in store a lot, for sentimental value as a pawn to reel in buyers and then use the baby as an excuse for non-payment. It is disgusting. Simply stated, THEY ARE CROOKS! They have done business by a few names that are known: Furniture Store, La Muebleria, Furniture Design Center and now Furniture One. They are located at 7545 Reseda Blvd. Reseda, CA 91335. You may contact Mitchell at (818) 644-0810. Please be a proactive consumer and do not let them get away with this behavior. If you have any information on this business please contact your local and federal agencies and keep everyone posted online.

Worst Experience Ever. And they steal!

Ricardo & David got my money, promised me goods and did not deliver. I started legal action to get my money back but the store has closed down with no forwarding information. If anyone gets a forwarding address post it here.
