poor product, cold call, good quality, poor worse customer service
THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST!!!. They keep sending me crap I have NEVER ordered and i keep having to send it back at MY expense!! And yes, their products are CCCRRRAAAPPP!!!!!!!
AWFUL SCAM. This was the worst experience of my professional life when it comes to purchasing. I got the same call described by the other reviews promising some hoses that were "indestructible", They were crap. When I tried to return them mulitple times I either couldnt get anyone on the phone or they would just tell me someone was going to call me back and they never did. Finally I got a girl on the phone and she started saying things like "whats your problem?" and "Its only $170!". As I tried to deal with her calmly she continued to talk over me and wouldnt help me. I finally told her to shut up and requested to speak to a manager, which they wouldnt produce. After telling them I was either going to throw their invoice and hoses in the trash and they were never never going to get their hoses or the money they provided me with a returan address and I shipped them back at MY EXPENSE. I HOPE THIS COMPANY BURNS TO THE GROUND
RIPOFF!. I could have just copied and pasted another review and put it on mine because they are all about the same. I told them that I did not need any air hoses but they sent them anyway with an invoice about ten times what it should have been. When I called and told them to come and pick up their cheap crap that they sent, an angry Brian Cazo (If that is his real name) at ext. 215 said that I must pay for the hoses or he will send me to his hard ball collection agency. I have dealt with some piss-poor companies over the years but this one is illegal at best.
Criminals. I got a call asking if i wanted to try out some new air hoses for free, and if i didnt like them he would take them back or if i liked them i could buy them. He made it sound like he was going to swing by and drop them off. Then they showed up via ups, and only a few days later they sent an invoice for about 5 times what i could buy them for at napa. They called about a late invoice, I told them that they could have the hoses back. They said no returns after 30 days and that they were going to send us to collections. We never ordered anything, no purchase order, no confirmation, no credit card. They just send crap to you and then send you and absurd bill. These crooks should be avoided at all cost and I hope they go out of business.
They should be shutdown.
The guy that keeps calling here is extremely rude and keeps swearing at me. I can no tbelieve that anyone would do business with them! They should be taken to court and sentenced to life. Then their mothers should also be brought in and sentenced! Who would raise such animals. If they are that desparate for a job and want to succeed they can not expect the get many sales by swearing at people and calling them names. When i am finished with thei I intend to submit a complaint with the BBB.
Shut these guys down!!!
Atrocious Customer Service.
This company is crap! I am a Purchasing Agent for a small company so I deal with many different flavors of customer service and this must be THE WORST I have yet to deal with! One of my plant supervisors agreed to take some "Trial" material with the understand we could return it if unsatisfied. Well, SUPRISE the product was pure CRAP. I tried to get an RMA number and Brian, a scum sucking piece of trash told me that he will only speak with the person who ordered the product. I asked to speak with Brian's boss and he told me I he would not connect me. I asked for his bosses voicemail and he told me he didn't have a voicemail. What company's CEO doesn't have a voicemail? I called back a second time to see if I could get answers from someone else and I was lucky enough to speak with Rachel! She is exactly what Kramer says: A LOWLIFE scum turd who ought to die a horrivle horrivle painstakingly long and upseakable atrocious death. She hung up on me twice when I asked for the BOSS! So in the end I did not get to speak to the boss which I am sure is behind this unprofessional way of doing business.

ABSOLUTE HORSE MANURE. Unfortunately, I fell for the same scam that everyone else fell for. Got a call from a guy offering free hoses, the hoses were then sent without my permission, when I tried to return them I got the now infamous piece of parasite sh$t RACHEL, who was very VERY rude and unprofessional. I did manage to get a RMA number , but the experience was HORRIBLE. I am APPALLED that these types of scam businesses still exist to this day. RACHEL is a LOWLIFE scum turd who ought to die a horrible horrible painstakingly long and unspeakably atrocious death. SHE is trash. She gives off the vibe of a scammer, especially when she conceded and gave me the return auth #. They are scammers just trying to get ANYTHING. When I told her that i did not authorize the package because they wanted to charge me for it after having told me that it was FREE, she suddenly lowered the price by hundred dollars, as if admitting guilt but still trying to get something for it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Enclosed is a copy of your invoice 53575 dated 1-10-10, and marked “90 Day”, as you advised me when I agreed to try your drill bits. 90 days from 1/10/10 was this past Saturday, by which time, “Rachel” from your office had left multiple dunning phone messages (the day before) with our shop personnel, 215 miles from Reno.
Your drill bit set was shipped to Reno, not to our Fish Lake Valley shop, and you talked to me in Reno, not to my employees 215 miles distant. Rachel’s phone messages were entirely inappropriate, both because of your invoice dating and my conversation with you, and because any supplier who’s personnel are disrespectful to customers, especially when wrong, will not remain a supplier.
If we had owed your Company for 30 days or so beyond your terms, and had not returned calls, perhaps there would be justification for a ‘Rachel’, but your Rachel’s calls came to our Fish Lake Valley shop personnel before your due date, and I spoke with her for the first time this morning. She was so intent on her “mission” that she interrupted constantly and told me what I was seeing on your invoice was not true.
I don’t blame you for ‘Rachel’ but with her present, R&B will soon not need you, and we certainly will not need R&B. Please send me shipping instructions in order that we can return your drill bit set, which we have not had an opportunity to try.

Great Place To Start A Business. These guys called me about letting my company try some crappy air hoses for free - shipping both ways. When I received an invoice/bill for a huge amount I wanted to immediately return the hoses. I called for a return auth. # I got blasted with both barrells. The hoses were cheap, shitty china made junk. Don't waste your time or money here.
NEVER GIVE THEM A NAME OR ORDER ANYTHING.
Ordered a air hose from them along time ago. Not what i expected and way too expensive. Not a big deal i should have done reserch before i ordered. Here was the issue
2/24/10 Salesperson TIM BROWN Calls and speaks with a new person who is working for us. Trys to sell him Saw blades and a saw ect. Something our company has no use for since we are Retail Hydraulics.. He laughs say's no not intrested and hangs up. Too bad the Sales Rep TIM BROWN got his name on the phone. 1 week later we recive a package for 100 Saw blades, 1 Reciprocating Saw and Safty glasses.
3/4/10 Call To Return the products we never ordered. Speak on the Phone with a Rachel. VERY VERY RUDE. I start off the conversation saying. We recived a product from your company that we didnt order. She Laughs at me on phone and says. Boy i hear that one alot. I start to talk and she Stops me and says SIR calm down im not your wife.... Started calling me names. When i asked to speak with her manager she said she was the manager. I asked for a RMA number to return this product and she said NO she will not give me one because im being (rude) to her on the phone. After asking 20 Times for a RMA number for a product we never ordered she would reply everytime with NAME calling. It was a total waste of time and im going to do everything in my power to put reviews of this company EVERYWHERE.
Do your self a Favor. If they call. Dont give them a name and just hang up.
