The Worst Pool Product Distributor in the Valley!

I've never written a review... but I'm writing this after having numerous frustrating encounters with this company.

I will NEVER give them my business again.

It is without a doubt the most unfriendly pool product distributor in the Valley.

They are such a large company that they seem to no longer care about their customers.

They use a "number system"... and they really treat you like your "just another number". I've found that I constantly am waiting whenever I'm there.

Their management is unfriendly, and very patronizing. They just don't seem to care. I was actually "waved off" by the manager once when I needed help.

Extremely disrespectul and patronizing. -- Real "attitude".

And to make matters worse, the showroom has an "dingy" feel to it ... and has always been dirty when I was there.

There are numerous other pool product companies nearby that I now deal with... and all of them treat their customers much better with equal or better pricing.

And they appreciate my business rather than treat me like they're doing me a favor!

I highly advise all pool professionals not to encourage places like this by taking their business elsewhere.
