Great Experience!. Terrific people! Astonishing customer service! Bought several appliances from theme in span of last couple of years and finally broke down to write a review. Only because people around deserve to know that if they need not only a new appliance but also prompt delivery and ideal installation - these are the people to call! Thank you Varouj, thank you Sam! Way to go!

Great Store overall. My company has been buying appliances from Varouj for years now! They have the best prices and excellent customer service. They give me great wholesale prices everytime, wouldn't go anywhere else. Im very confident in the service especially knowing they have been a 20 year + company. I recommend Varouj Appliances to everyone!!

Great Service, Great Appliances, Great Prices!!. I have been buying from Varouj Appliances for over 10 years. He was on the location of Sherman Way before when I used to get used appliances from there. They no longer have used appliances so I buy new ones wholesale price which made my life easier. They have ridiculously low prices compared to other retailers. I know when I am dealing with Varouj appliance I am not worried about the job not being finished, they have professional guys who install and hookup the appliances fast with great service! I bought over 300 appliances and had problems with the appliances only twice, which they took back the appliances and replaced them with new ones. When my 1 year warranty is over for any of my appliances and I happen to have a problem, Varouj appliances referred me to a dependable service company, who repaired for a low cost. And they even ordered parts for me when I needed it. I had noting but good experiences with this company and I thank Varouj and the staff for the many years of great service.

I love this company.Varouj Appliances. My Father owns an apartment building and my best friend has a management company in the San Fernando Valley and we both use Varouj Appliances for our buildings. Buying Appliances was a nightmare for us before we found Varouj Appliances, now all we have to do is call Varouj Appliances and we have our appliance delivered and installed the next day, they even keep records for us because I can’t remember what appliance goes in what building, now, all I have to do is call Sam and the guys at varouj Appliances and they asks me a few questions about the application and I got my appliance. And they cover all the corners like size, color, price and other issues. I have been very happy with this company for over ten years and so has my Father and my best friend, they do everything in there power to keep the customer happy, of course some things are out of there control like manufacturer defect, but anyone with common sense would realize that.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Our company buys stoves, refrigerators and various other appliances

at several establishments and Varouj was and may I say WAS one of

these companies. We had bought a refrigerator 2 weeks ago and it

was a non working one so when I called to have their service contracter

come out and inspect it was written as a non working appliance.

So when I spoke to SAM the so called manager in charge his response was

well we paid for shipping to have the refrigerator delivered now its your

responsibility to drop this off; we are not going to come pick this up.

I also said that I would like a refund of the cost of the appliance back on

my credit card he said ooooh noooo we can't do that we can give you only

store credit and mind you it was within their return policy that they should

have given us the refund back to our credit card.

Well this is the last time we ever deal with these people

Yeah their nice when you buy something but If something goes wrong

and you end up with a lemon they will NOT HELP YOU.

THIS IS A WARNING DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

AND SAM SHOULD NOT BE DEALING WITH THE CLIENTS
