L.A.'s best door and window store. I am a 38 year contractor and am about as good as you can get in getting the best price for my customers. Regarding Valley Sash, the reason I go there is for the value, as they have saved me so much by having great depth of experience. I have a specialty in finish carpentry, especially windows and doors, and what I don't know, they do. Saves time, resolves problems, and keeps me from "buying" extra windows and doors or supplying customers with less than what want.

Highly Recommend. I go to Valley Sash for all my doors and windows for clients. I am a designer who works mostly in Beverly Hills, so my clients rely on me to get them the best quality products. I always find what I need here. - Not to mention, the prices are very competitive. Steve is great! Always been very helpful and super knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

Window installation. Words cannot express how happy we are with our new master bedroom. The room is so beautiful that I never want to leave. Cory, all your fabric choices were perfect, from the windows treatments to the custom bedding. My husband and I can’t thank you and Gary enough for your professionalism. From the moment we contacted shafran construction Company and got Tricia (your assistant) on the phone we knew it was going to be a great experience just from her friendliness. We will refer you to all of our friends.Under Shafran construction all your fabric choices were perfect, from the windows treatments to the custom bedding.

Great customer service and honest people. After getting a bid for a replacement wood window (supposedly free installation... ha!) from a radio advertised installer that we suspected was outrageously high, we decided to bring the windows into Valley Sash to see what they would charge. Our suspicions about the other guys were confirmed when Steve told us their price for a custom made replacement (which was about one third of the other guys so our suspicions were right!).

He gave us the names of several installers and we called then and there to get the installment price. He even got on the phone right then and there to speak with the installer we called. Steve estimate of the installation was right on the money. It was only a couple of hundred dollars. Turns out, the cost will be about half of what the other guys was charging for the window and "free installation".

BTW...Steve called us back after we paid for the replacement and said he found another window company which would make the windows for even less.

Can you imagine a company going that extra mile after you already paid for the materal?? Who offers that kind of honest service anymore?

Love these guys (Steve) and would not go anywhere else.

Great hardware, contractors and homeowner friendly.

I am a contractor and just love doing business with them. I also send my customers there to look at the possibilities.

Smart, knowledgeable friendly staff. Reasonable prices on everything. If they don't have it in stock, they will get it there within 24 hours if you want.
