Reliable Car Shop. Finding a reliable car service/repair shop I guess is always a challenge for most of us especially women. I found Auto Aid and Rescue thru AAA and I’ve had my car serviced by them probably three times already. They are very efficient, trustworthy and have great customer service. The first thing that caught my attention was the cleanliness of the place. I felt comfortable right away. David was very professional and helpful. He explained everything to me and I didn’t have to wait long for my car to be serviced. I didn’t mind waiting though as their waiting area was equipped with a TV, coffee, kids play area (good for the moms) and most importantly a super clean restroom. Thanks to Auto Aid and Rescue … going to a car shop will not be as unpleasant anymore.

We love David and Jack!!!!. We have trusted Jack for years with our cars and wouldn't ever think of going anywhere else in Los Angeles. David is a wonderful addition to this trustworthy, reliable and professional team. I tell everyone new to the city about Jack, Dave and the gang at AutoAid and couldn't be happier with them as professionals and friends.

Any Problem is Easily Explained by Jack or David Bulko. For over 20 years, I have been a customer at

Auto Aid. Whenever there is an auto problem or i just want a tire checked I go to Auto Aid. They are friendly and won't talk over your head like some mechanics do, especially if you are female. Any problem with my car is easily explained by Jack or his son David Bulko. Understanding the problem makes it easier to make a decision on what to do. All work is guaranteed for 12 months and you can trust them, I do!

Clean, Coureous and Stand Behind their Work. I've been to many repair shops in my time, but never one that was as concerned about their customers needs as Auto Aid. They are clean, courteous and stand behind their work 100%. If you're looking for quality service + repair / This is the shop for you!

Reliable and Friendly Auto Repair. In short I can tell you that I've been a loyal customer of AutoAid & Rescue for 20 years. In all my years of car ownership - BMWs, VW, Volvo, Ford, Toyotas, Plymouth Voyager - I have never had a better experience with auto service and customer care. Jack and David are honorable and sociable. Prices are fair and the service is "priceless." Never, never, never have I been sold or recommended something that was not needed. Moreover, when an future repair is upcoming it is suggested to hold off until that time to gain more mileage on that item's repair/replacement thus saving many dollars over the cars lifetime. The shop is always clean and orderly demonstrating a pride of ownership. I'm about two to three miles form the shop and if needed a ride home is always offered.

Reliable automotive repair. I actually heard of this great automotive repair shop from a fellow Subaru owner I met in a Trader Joe's parking lot! I believe in recommendations that come with "no strings attached" and she was right! I have been taking my vehicle there for over 6 years, they have "rescued" me when my earlier model Subaru would not start, such gentlemen!

Everyone who works there is professional, always a happy atmosphere and everyone is always smiling! (And extremely clean for an automotive repair shop!)

Highly recommend.
