We orderd a packege for our honeymoon.
they told us that we are flying on american airlines, and so we went there and after we waited in line we found out we are on united, so we went to united and they told us we are not booked on the flight!!!!!! on our honeymoon!!!!!!!!! then we called the owner and she told us that we should be thankfull that she even answerd the phone!!!!!!! so not proffetional. not recommended, not recommended, not recommended!!!!

A friend of mine recommended I call this Travel Agent who works at Travel Galore. She said they have been in business for 30 years and she has been doing business with them for the past 8 years. Anyway, to make a long story short...I called and got the best service ever. Not only did I get suburb service but I was educated so much more on some of the places I was traveling to that I actually switched some things around per their recommendation. I was nervous since I already had my plan down. Anyway, my trip was amazing and I have to thank Travel Galore for everything. I would never think of calling another travel agency and I have already told everyone I know about them. Some of my friends have used them and the feedback I got was very positive. So if you need a good travel agent don't hesitate, call them!

THE WORST TRAVEL AGENCY

The worst travel agency I have ever dealt with. I gave them my flight details, they repeated them back to me and said they would call me right back. I waited two hours before calling them back. They said they had gotten distracted and I should email the request that way it wouldn't be lost. LOST????? Ok, so I email the request and they said they were sorry and I would get a "lighting fast response". I wait 30mins before calling back to make sure they received my email. They agent told me that because I was a new client and they didn't know me. They didn't want to deal with the stress, good bye. WOW
- Pros: They answered the phone.
- Cons: hhaha that booking my travel would be to stressfull for them. IT WAS IN THE US HOW HARD CAN IT BE!
