Not Recommended! Didn't board a flight and lost $4000 worth of tickets because her unprofessionalism! How can you enter the false information on a ticket? Do not work with her there are better agents out there!

Absolutely the worst agency I have ever dealt with!!!!! The owner of the company handled my issues with rudeness and hanging up on me. No communication and then decided to travel out of the country and leave me hanging with tickets that needed to be issued....Only when I started threatening the BBB and actually showing up at the agency that another agent took over and corrected the owners mistake....3 weeks of listening to" I'll call you back" and as I read the posts about what a good agency this is I laugh cause uncanny how the owners name is Freda..... You do the math!!!!

BEST AGENCY IN TOWN. I TOOK A CRUISE ON THE OASIS, THE FAMILY LOVED

THE BOAT. THE AGENCY ARRANGED OUR FLIGHTS, HOTELS AFTER THE CRUISE. WE LOVE EVERY MOMENT AND THANK THE AGENCY FOR ARRANGING OUR BOARDING PASSES FOR FLIGHTS AND CRUISE DOCUMENTS PRIOR TO BOARDING.

NOT RECOMMENDED!! NOT RECOMMENDED!!. We orderd a packege for our honeymoon.

they told us that we are flying on american airlines, and so we went there and after we waited in line we found out we are on united, so we went to united and they told us we are not booked on the flight!!!!!! on our honeymoon!!!!!!!!! then we called the owner and she told us that we should be thankfull that she even answerd the phone!!!!!!! so not proffetional. not recommended, not recommended, not recommended!!!!

BEST TRAVEL AGENCY EVER!!!. A friend of mine recommended I call this Travel Agent who works at Travel Galore. She said they have been in business for 30 years and she has been doing business with them for the past 8 years. Anyway, to make a long story short...I called and got the best service ever. Not only did I get suburb service but I was educated so much more on some of the places I was traveling to that I actually switched some things around per their recommendation. I was nervous since I already had my plan down. Anyway, my trip was amazing and I have to thank Travel Galore for everything. I would never think of calling another travel agency and I have already told everyone I know about them. Some of my friends have used them and the feedback I got was very positive. So if you need a good travel agent don't hesitate, call them!

THE WORST TRAVEL AGENCY. The worst travel agency I have ever dealt with. I gave them my flight details, they repeated them back to me and said they would call me right back. I waited two hours before calling them back. They said they had gotten distracted and I should email the request that way it wouldn't be lost. LOST????? Ok, so I email the request and they said they were sorry and I would get a "lighting fast response". I wait 30mins before calling back to make sure they received my email. They agent told me that because I was a new client and they didn't know me. They didn't want to deal with the stress, good bye. WOW
