Casa Vega will be keeping it traditional with drinkable cocktail specials like the Mi Casa es Su Casa, made with Casamigos Blanco tequila, basil, lime, agave nectar and grapefruit soda for $7.95; as well as Casamigos Margarita for $7.95, and $7 specials on reposado and blanco tequilas served straight up.

Dark and sometimes questionable, it's where you go for some over-the-top decor and a margarita. Always a celeb spotting at night, order the enchiladas.

Great Mexican Food. The food here is great. The drinks are good too. Nice place for good Mexican food in a dimly lit restaurant with great atmosphere. I love this place. Only downside, sometimes there is a wait, but it is well worth it.

Awesome Experience.
Totally enjoyed the food, the ambiance and the food! The renovations on the entrance were an awesome welcome.
I do however miss the expensive margarita - What happened? Always enjoyed telling my friends about your nearly 20 dollar margarita. I feel like this was one of the things that set Casa Vega apart from the gazillion other Mexican restaurants in LA.
With that said, I will still come back. And I highly recommend your good eats as the best Mexican on Ventura Blvd!

Hurt my wallet!. Wonderful food, wonderful service, but I feel so darn guilty because I truly hurt my wallet, I murdered it ..and before I trashed it, it called my bank account for help, and I murdered that one too!

Great food, I would take a date here. This place is perfect for dates due to the dimly lit ambiance which, surprisingly wasn't so bad.

Amazing lunch and dinner specials. I love going to Casa Vega for lunch or dinner. I have been a fan for many years and always think of Casa Vega first when I think of Mexican restaurants, Sometimes it takes time to get seated when they are busy, but you can either wait at the bar and have a drink or sit outside in the newly done waiting area. The food is not the best Mexican food I have ever had, but it is much better than any other fast food place. My favorite in the carne asada green burrito dinner. It comes with a delicious tostada salad. Casa Vega is a really nice place to go .

A little gem that turned into a huge jewel. Went to this restaurant when nobody really knew about it (about 10 years ago). The food was excellent
