Not the best I've had. Inconsistent! I can't explain it. Sometimes these guys are great, and sometimes they simply suck out loud. Went there over the weekend and had an OK meal. Lo Mein with chicken, tangy fish, orange chicken, steamed dumplings, and crab corn soup.

Overall it was OK, but the time before that was horrible.

I don't like going there because of the fact it is a crap shoot with these guys. Only reason we went there again was because of our friends who really wanted to go, but in reality... not my fav at all.

Excellent Chinese food that doesn't suffer when delivered. Bamboo is a find. A really good Chinese restaurant that delivers excellent food as well. Their lettuce warps are excellent as is their duck. Not greasy, very good soups. Creative food, good service the dining room is lovely and comfortable.

Great Chinese Takeout. We rarely eat in the restaurant, but we order from Bamboo at least once a week. They provide a timely delivery with hot food. Some of our favorites include hot and sour soup, spring rolls, Chinese chicken salad, noodles with chicken, lemon chicken, sizzling rice soup, and many other dishes. We have never been disappointed.

They always tell us that the food will take 40 minutes, but it usually arrives in about 15 minutes. This may be because of the types of foods that we order, or that we live close to the restaurant. I have never had a bad meal and I am so grateful on the nights that we are too tired to cook.

THE BEST CHINESE FOOD IN THE VALLEY. This is easily the best chinese food EVER! Everything is fresh and amazing. The service is wonderful. The atmosphere is nice. The food is AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING. We eat here 3 times a week. We (almost) never order the same things and we've NEVER been disappointed. It's the BEST!

Traditional Chinese dishes keep valley locals coming back for more.. In Short
Two spacious, modern dining rooms are decorated in warm ochre and cool blue; a wall-sized tank of tropical fish connects the rooms, while smiling stone Buddhas stand in niches throughout. Peking Wonton Bombs--chicken dumplings tossed in a citrusy soy-chili-cilantro sauce--are a chef's specialty. Additional menu highlights include sizzling scallops, minced chicken in lettuce cups and shrimp with spicy salt and garlic. A simple side of sauteed broccoli comes piping-hot, drizzled with smoky oyster sauce.

yummy chinese in a semi-elegant environment. This is not the best Chinese in the city, or the trendiest, but it's always reliable, it's not too overpriced, it's relatively central (for being in the Valley) and the food is comfortable. It's a good place for a family dinner, or a double date: not romantic, but definitely not shabby or weird. I love the chicken in lettuce cups and the hot and sour soup.

Amazing food, Great service. Bamboo serves the best food in the Valley. I highly recommend the black-pepper chicken, spicy string beans, 3 flavor sizzling rice soup and..a martini of course.

Very Disappointed. I went here for my birthday, hearing great things. Though the restaurant wasn't packed, the service was sporadic at best. The food was was spotty. The chicken was slimy and the white meat, well, certainly wasn't white meat. A couple of the dishes were good but nothing special. I get better take-out down the street. Don't believe the hype, Bamboo is nothing to get excited about.
