great customer service, beautiful flower arrangements, order wedding flowers, very helpful excellent staff, unique look, more expensive prices, rude sales manager
Horrible customer service when flowers died two days later. Beautifully arranged bouquet but it died within 24-36 hours. When I called 72 hours (on the 3rd day) to complain, the sales manager (who said she spoke for the owner) were rude and unhelpful. Instead of offering to replace the bouquet or give us a credit for even part of the order, the manager refused to do anything and wouldn't allow me to speak to the owner. We were frequent clients of the shop and won't use them again
Fantastic, unsual but tradional arrangements. Great place to obtain one-of-a-kind arrangements. They are very talented.
Living on Reputation Alone. I've done business with Mark's Garden for several years now. For the first few, they did a really great job. The flowers were always fresh, the arrangements were tasteful and artistic, and they had some customer service. Recently, many of the arrangements I've sent have been dead within two days, which never used to happen. That doesn't bother me that much. Their customer service is atrocious. Apparently, putting customers on hold for ten minutes at a time and then cutting them off is acceptable. Or, answering the phone and interrupting a customer mid-sentence to do so is as well. Luckily, after Mark's Garden raised the bar from the typical FTD store many other shops have followed and will be receiving my business in the future.
nice arrangements, bad service. yes, we all know that this shop does flowers for a lot of big events. maybe if you're a high profile client and spending over $20K on flowers you also get great service. coming in and just ordering a few arrangements obviously is not enough for them to offer you a pleasant ordering experience or even a SMILE. the prices are HIGH, and the customer service just doesn't warrant that. there are PLENTY of great florists in the city that do comparable and BETTER work with no attitude. go elsewhere...
The service is terrible and the flowers don't last. And twice now, the flowers were full of spiders! And no one really cares if your happy or not...
Used to be, a good florist! Not any more.
Simply the BEST!. The arrangements are classic and sure to please (PERFECT for anniversaries, guys). They are THE go to place for Mother's Day, special Thank You's and romantic gestures. You never have to worry, they always do something perfect. Wives will be blown away. It's like comparing a Bentley to a Yugo. You can't put a value on the artistic quality. WELL WORTH THE PRICE! They never disappoint.
It's not worth it!. The flowers are gorgeous and they do a great job of arranging them, but each employee has a different arttitude issue and none of them are pleasant. Ordered from them about five times and the service got worse each time. They set all the rules regartding delivery etc. and you pay the bill. you are allowed no input and you get snarled at the whole time. This is a perfect example of a very talented individual who has totally forgotgten how he got to where he is, He truly believes his own press, all of it! But the baskets are truly spectacular, Each is a potential museum piece! so. take a deep breath and order!
Wonderful wedding flowers.
I got my boutonnieres, bridesmaid nosegays and bridal bouquet from Mark's Garden and they were utterly fabulous. Stephen was such a great help to me, and my own bouquet was everything I could have imagined and more. The quality of the flowers was fantastic and they lived on for well over a week.
I loved the fact that they even called me the day before the wedding to go through the order all over again to make sure that there were no mistakes. This did a lot for my peace of mind and was very professional.
The prices were no more expensive than any other local Studio City / Sherman Oaks florist and the results were exceptional. I'd highly reccommend them.
A beautiful bouquet every time. Mark's Garden isn't your typical florist. Each bouquet is beautifully designed. On occasion, I have dropped in needing various flower arrangements. On weekends, they are typically very busy with weddings and events, so it's better to call ahead then just stop in. However, the gorgeous arrangements they were able to whip up for me with no notice made a lasting impression.
Best flowers in LA. Marks' Garden has the most beautiful flowers in LA! I was sick recently and received flowers from several different florists. Mark's Garden was by far the best!
