Go See Dani!!!. I have been meaning to write this review since October! That is when I went to see Dani for a cut and color. First of all, she is so cool and so much fun to talk to. She knows this city inside and out and shared her top picks on everything from restaurants to workouts to the best place for botox! She's a girl's girl. Most importantly, my hair looked amazing when she was done. The highlights were fantastic and the cut was so good, that even now, months later, it looks fresh! The layers were perfect, she kept my length (which was important to me) and found just the right color for me. I have found my hair stylist! Thanks, Dani!

LOVE LOVE LOVE DANI. Went in to see Dani from a friend's recommendation. I've always gone to Beverly HIlls to have my hair done before but my stylist is on maternity leave so I needed a fill in. Okay, the salon is not BH, more NY loft. Dani is AMAZING!!! Her prices are a bit high, but she is so worth it, and she gave me 10% off 1st time in. Soooo, I have to confess, my base and highlights are even better than before! she blended a few darker pieces in so that the grow out won't be so bad, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE my haircut! Still long, but with movement. She showed me how to style it and told me if I needed any changes there wouldn't be a charge to come back and adjust. I'll come back, but as a regular client!!!!! I"m so happy to find her in my own back yard! Thanks Dani!!

Good but overrated. From reading the reviews which were really helpful, I thought I would finally find someone who would make my hair just as I wanted it. I would leave the salon feeling great and happy with my hair. Considering the price I paid, which is very expensive, I thought it would be worth it. Well, the conclusion is that it was just okay. I went in to see Dani because she is talked about every other review. She is so nice and makes you feel like you will look for further to do your hair. Her personality is great but it stops there. My hair turned out just okay. It did not turn out the color we talked about and the haircut, which was also very pricey was also just okay. I am still searching for that someone when I leave, I am completely happy with my hair. They talk the talk and walk the walk. So, if you want to go to someone who has a wonderful personality but just an okay job, go to Dani.

Best Place In The Vally. I love this place! It's amazing and I like the music they play. All the staff are amazing. and always plays great music. They are miracle worked when it comes to hair. When I went in there my hair was completely fried, silly me had gone to a bad place to get it done. They totally turned it around and I left with fabulous glowing locks.

The BEST hair stylist EVER!!!. I've now been going to the same stylist for a while, and she is consistently AWESOME. I always love my hair (I said LOVE) and she's really really fun to spend an hour or two with shooting the sh#t about life as well. For those of you who don't read yelp, this is what I wrote about my favorite gal at Dej Salon after the first couple times there:

After 25 years of getting my hair colored/cut, I have found a stylist that really KNOWS and LOVES her craft and my hair has never looked BETTER.

For the past few years, I've been having a problem with gray hair coming in sooner than I would like around my hairline. She not only found a base color that completely minimizes that effect, but she pulled a little "trick" out of her sleeve (a color effect just for my hairline) that both looks beautiful and totally covers my gray. I am so, so happy with my color I can't even tell you.

And then the other day, she gave me the best haircut of my life. I've never been able to keep my hair long, due to the shape of my face... I always felt like long hair really dragged me down and that I just couldn't wear my hair too long. Again, this adorable, spunky miracle worker came up with a cut that involves layering and other little tricks, and now my hair has volume, movement, and looks FANTASTIC long.

I've never been happier with my hair and the responsible party is called DANI.

Dani L. I went to Dani to get my hair colored and highlighted. When she was done I cannot tell you how good it looked. She is the best. She knows how to take care of her clients. I love her. So happy with her work. Real professional. Love it

Best hairstylist in LA and at Dej salon. Hey everyone, I have to let you know that you have to go to Natali. Natali is the most amazingly talented hairstylist i've ever encountered. She is a miracle worker with color, by far the best colorist in LA. We always do different things to my hair. At the moment I have blonde higjlights, but we've gone from brown to red to blonde to natural light brown with blended highlights and it always comes out unbelievable. Natali is not only good with color, but she know how to cut as well. Dej salon is a great salon as well, it has a cool vibe with good music and very relaxing. I don't mean to ramble on, but go to Natali she's by far the best stylist I've ever been to.

Best Hairstylists Valley. After getting my hair cut and colored by Heather at Dej Salon, she will be the only person I trust in LA! I've visited her a few times since...getting everything from a cut and blow dry to a Brazilian blow out. Not only are her prices affordable for even me (a college student) but the service she gives is top notch :) I would highly recommend her to any one of my friends!

Favrile at Dej Salon - 5 stars!!!. Favrile has been my hair stylist since I moved to LA 9 months ago. I love my hair more now than I ever have! She has turned me into an LA woman, as my friends on Facebook say. I am blonder than before, and we even gave extensions a whirl, which was SO MUCH FUN! She’s a great person and an excellent stylist. You will have fun in the chair, and afterwards with your new hair!!!
