BEST EXPERIENCE.
HAD TO HAVE MY COLOR REDONE AFTER HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE AT ANOTHER SALON. ROSIE
WAS INCREDIBLE. NOT ONLY DID SHE FIX THE COLOR BUT SHE MADE MY HAIR LOOK AMAZING.
I WILL BE GOING BACK FOR SURE.

terrible experience here. I came to the salon and now i deeply regret going. The haircut ended up looking horrendous, it is uneven, the ends are too straight, and i have scheduled a new appointment elsewhere to get it fixed. i asked for my money back ($40) but they refused to give it to me, and they offered to "fix" it, but that would end up even worse. it was a COMPLETE waste of money, and i am totally unhappy with what happened.

Move over Carlton. I went to Chayo for the first time when I couldn't get an appointment at the other hair salon in the Fashion Square Mall, Carlton. Of course, it was in the middle of Prom season and a weekend, so no wonder I couldn't get an appointment. However, when Carlton suggested I try Chayo, I didn't know whether to be happy or dubious that Chayo could fit me in. I'm happy to say that my exeperience there was very pleasant. I came out with hair that looked better than it did at Carlton! I've been back a few times since and have tried a few different hair stylists. I haven't been disappointed yet.
