Terrible treatment, terrible customer service. My wife had a facial done here for her birthday. The lady who did the facial also told my wife she had a clogged pore that she could extract. When my wife got home after the treatment she had a dime sized wound on her left cheek that looked terrible. It looked like a huge cigarette burn on her cheek. This was her birthday mind you and we had plans to go out for dinner with friends. Well, needless to say my wife was pretty upset. We went back a few days later to try and get our money back and let them know that we weren't happy to spend $75 to give my wife a large wound on her face that was scabbing. The lady that did the procedure came down and said that she was sorry but that that's how it goes. What a joke!!! Obviously, she shouldn't have tried to extract anything, and should've recommended a dermatologist or at least warned her about the possibility of a wound on her face!! They didn't offer us any refund or complimentary service and the lady wanted my wife to call her and let her know how it was healing. Sure, like my wife really wants to talk to you after you screwed her face up. People go to spa's to look better and feel better, not to pay good money for open sores on their face! This place is terrible and I would tell everyone to avoid it like the plague.

Paradise!. This is an amazing place! It really is a therapeutic retreat for the mind, body and spirit. I had a massage with Monica today and it was the best massage I?ve ever had. The place is fabulous, the showers are to die for, the robes are SO comfy and the prices are reasonable. This place is a must! Everyone should be going here.

I ENJOY MESSAGE MASTERS ,GREAT RELAXING ENVIRONMENT.I RECOMMEND MESSAGE MASTERS IF YOU LIKE TO BE PAMPERED AND TREATED LIKE A QUEEN.ITS GOT STEAM SPA,TO SHOWERS TO ALL THE ESSENTIALS PROVIDED YOU BASICALLY DONT NEED TO BRING ANYTHING ITS ALL PROVIDED AND THATS GREAT.TWO THUMBS UP

Awesome Affordable Spa!. I've been to this spa about 5 times now. I'm really impressed with it. It's not fancy like a Burke Williams, but it is clean & tidy and they do have the basic amenities (shower, vanity, steam room, lockers). An added bonus is the free parking and affordable prices. All my massages have been great. I especially like Debbie; she's got excellent, fluid pressure. The staff has always been courteous as well. This spa offers great services for great prices: hard-to-find combo!

Heaven on Earth. Never having received a massage before I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service Massage Masters has to offer. From the moment you walk in the door you're immediately put at ease by their receptionist. Ali, helped answer all questions I had and helped me pick out the massage therapist that fit my needs. I got a pregnancy massage and I have to say I've never felt better. Since becoming pregnant I've had a lot of problems with my lower back and after having my massage I felt worlds better. I will definitely visit this establishment again and try all the other services they offer! Thanks Massage Masters I wish I never had to leave!!!!

Clean and professional service. You must come and try for yourself. They offer massage, facials, all kinds of skin products and accupuncture. Whichever will make you feel better, this is the place to be.

Pam is great!. I made my first visit to massage masters today and was very pleased with the experience! I had a massage from Pam that was amazing. Not a slow rythmic light massage, Pam really took care of business! I feel loose and relaxed and my achy muscles don't ache any more! She really got into her job, she was on the table and pulling me this way and that! She also made me feel comfortable right away. She was very informative and gave me some great tips on how to de-stress. I will totally rave about her to my family and friends.

Small Spa ... but BIG on Service. Massage Masters is a small spa. But the prices are very reasonable and the service is top-rate. A year after having a baby and slowly observing my body deteriate, I received a gift certificate for a massage, body scrub and facial. Both the massage and facial were SO RELAXING and thorough. The body scrub was OK. Just salt put on the body and rubbed off. Not too luxerious. I'd recommend a body wrap instead. After my appointments, I felt HUMAN again. I even bought my sister a gift certificate since I had such a good experience.
