Damaged my car, and refuses to pay!. I had my car washed here a over a week ago. They encouraged me to upgrade for Air-freshener for 2 bucks more. I did- big mistake! When I got my car, I noticed 2 Air freshener cards left on my leather seats, and 2 left on the plastic on my dash. I did not think anything of it because it smelled nice. However the next day, when I removed the cards from my dash, a permanent mark was left behind. After filing a formal damage report, a week later they called me back claiming, "we never leave those on seats or dashboards, we always leave them under the seats!" Well, that isn't what you did- they claim I searched under my seats for the cards (How am i suppose to know they put these under my seats), and put them on the dash myself- despite the fact that the cards clearly say "do not place on dash, seats, etc." They refuse to pay for the damage! I will take further action- do not ever go here, you will pay for it.

Superb Washing. Happy Anyone who complains about this car wash clearly has not been to enough car washes in around here. This place is definitely one of my favorites....I would not give them 5 stars otherwise. Always make my car look brand new.

Good Service. I get my car washed there twice a month and the quality is good and they are a friendly bunch. I never had a problem.

Don't be fooled it's the worst Car Wash in the area.
Like I said this is the worst Car Wash in the area don't be fooled by the remodel or any of these phone reviews check other sites and you will see that the reviews for this place rank much lower than this site.
The people that work here are rude especially the manager and they do a horrible job on your car. Don't waste your money you will be better off going anywhere else.

this car wash has it all. There is free coffee. They're always extremely polite when I get out of my car, at the cashier's desk and when they turn the car back over to me. There are free LA Times and LA Weekly laying around to read, and comfortable indoor or outdoor tables to wait at. I usually use the ladies' room when I'm there, and it actually smells good!

very happy everytime i leave. Been here several times, each experience pleasurable. Most weekends they run specials for their express detailing service. Easy to get to location right off the 101.

addicted to this car wash. I don't usually get my car washed because I work long hours and no car washes are open when I need them to be, but this one has this 6-8 special for only 4 bucks and now I'm addicted! It's just a super quick drive through, exterior only, but sometimes that's all you need.

Amazing team!. I've been a customer for over 10 years......two cars, about every other week. Overall, you do a great job, and the guys that dry/clean the car, are usually amazing.
