As good as it gets!

Sure, they may take a little more time, but it's only because they do it right. It's a car wash, people, not a Taco Bell; don't try to get such an errand taken care of if you can't spare more than five minutes!

Thorough is the name of the game here at Fashion Square, and even their "regular" washes are impressively comprehensive, from the vacuum to the wash to the meticulous hand-dry. Located right off the freeway in sunny Sherman Oaks, this is the place to come for friendliness, cleanliness, and a job done right.

A+ all the way!

THEY DAMAGE CARS

Do not go to this car wash unless you own a car which you don't care about. They will ruin your car!!! They damaged my brand new Audi A6 and would not admit to the damage. They even went so far as to blame me for the damage when I was no where near the car during the entire car wash process. The owner is RUDE and UNTRUSTWORTHY. Hope they go out of business and lose all the money that went into their renovation! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!!

THIEVES! THEY STEAL!!

I couldn't believe when I went to write a bad review that the SAME thing happened to someone else. Furthermore, I just talked to a friend about this and her IPOD was stolen from the same car wash! Why is no one doing anything about this? I called and spoke to the Manager and he told me, verbatim "We are not responsible for anything inside of your car...lady...I dont know what to tell you!" Unreal!!!

I should have stayed with "The Hand" in Studio City. I have been going there for 5 years and have never had a problem.
