Not sure how anyone could describe these people as honest. Dealer must be writing their own reviews. We have been lied to at every interaction with these people. Bought two cars in April of 2012 from this dealer. Had to prod them to pay off our trades even though they were up for sale on their lot. Never paid us the difference of several hundred dollars when the payoff quote was higher than we owed. Warranty is a sham. Bought a truck with a blown head gasket. Dealer told us we had to bring the truck back from Monterey (500+ miles) to their shop for repairs. They told us it was the radiator cap and that they replaced it. The truck came back with the same radiator cap I had just replaced (I marked the cap before hand). A 1000 mile trip for nothing! Ended up making repairs on both vehicles totalling over $7000. They sent us a check for $200 to cover the repairs! Just the most sleezy handling of the entire deal. Don't normally take the time to post but dealer refuses to resolve any issues. I work in law enforcement and have seen these type of people before. BEWARE! UPDATE 7-20-12!: JUST GOT A PARKING TICKET IN THE MAIL DATED OVER TWO MONTHS AFTER TRADING CAR IN TO DEALER!!!! I knew this dealer is out to screw everyone they deal with but this took me by surprise. DEALER DOES NOT DO DMV PAPERWORK IN A TIMELY MANNOR. YOU CAN BE HELD LIABLE FOR YOUR TRADE IN MONTHS AFTER TRADING IT IN! Still don't have plates or registration for one of the cars we bought.

Suing is such a pain in the rear, but I guess I have no other choice as the bill keeps adding up with these people, even MONTHS out.

DEALER IS OBVIOUSLY WRITING THEIR OWN REVIEWS. DON'T FALL FOR THEIR DECEPTIVE GARBAGE!

THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!!!. I just wanted to thank everyone at Autoworkz. I finally was able to find an affordable car to get my daughter into even though I have bad credit. I will be going back in the future!!

Best Deal on my CAR. I was searching and searching for my next car for about 5 months......

I searched and searched from dealer to dealer and from craigslist to Ebay....

Until I found AUTOWORKZ.... I was working with them for about the last month until we finally made the deal on my new sweet coupe! They made it a really great transaction No tricks No Lies No BS like the other dealers which I should name NAMES for wasting my time but Autoworkz helped me erase those bad experiences.

From all the months of searching Autoworkz and Moty gave me the best price on the type of car I wanted.... I think ended up stealing this from them at the end... The whole team is good from JP to the wonderful lady that helped collect my payments to the lot porter.... Great service and will earn my business back 100% plus I am already sending friends and family over!!!!

Traditional clean them up and sell them fast. You must be knowledgeable about cars if you are going to buy from this place. If you take a car out to test drive, it will already be out of gas. Please spend the $5, get some gas and give the car a real test drive. Once you have figured out what is wrong with the car, or have a mechanic look at it, be sure to list those mechanical failures as requiring repair in your purchase contract.

Examples of cars currently on the lot:

'04 Mazda 6: Clutch and fuel pump need replaced. Passenger window does not work.

'07 Ford Focus: Starter and stereo need replaced. Not sure why a wire is hanging out of the gear shift. Torque is running very high. Engine mounts need to be replaced.

Once the repairs are in writing, Autoworkz will furnish the repairs, over weeks. If you don't have the time or patience to deal with all of this, I would recommend another dealership.

Thanks for the great BMW 5-series. All the people where really nice, they helped me out a lot. And gave my the best deal. Love the car.

Beware. Terrible experience. They made me a written offer, then gave me the run around for several days. Called nonstop while each time changing the offer. NOT trustworthy, please be careful. Why go to a disreputable dealer when there is one on every corner?!
