This little restaurant used to be really, really good. But then they changed the black beans that they use and the food wasnt so good. As long as you dont get the beans, you will love the Tex-Mex flavor and unique authentic taste. Regular fare includes hard shell tacos, burritos, taquitos, quesadillas. I have had them!! The tostadas/taco salads are great and the flour tortilla is the best, but get the regular refried beans, not the black ones. Sitting is either inside at tall tables or outside along the restaurants exterior wall. They are still busy at lunch time, but I dont frequent them as much as I used to. I recommend the quesadilla so that you can sample all of their different salsas at the salsa bar. The prices are very good, parking is on the street and sometimes hard but there are public lots available.

Green Cactus has excellent tacos and burritos. If you're looking for some really good, inexpensive Mexican food... this is your place.
