Excellent chicken teriyaki. I've been going here once a week for a few months, and I always have a good lunch. It's definitely the best chicken teriyaki around - much better than the Yaki bowl places. The only other place that I like as much, but with quite different food, is the Chicken and Beef Bowl shack at Verdugo and Victory. And THEIR best meal is the chicken taco special - but their chicken bowl is great, too.

But - back to Tokyo Yakitori - the chicken is crisp and tasty. A big portion of food. The sauce may be a little too sweet - but they don't drown the chicken it it. Comes with rice and a few steamed vegetables. I have tried several other dishes, and most of them are good - but I come back for the chicken teriyaki!
