Best Subs In Burbank. They have the best subs. The italian cold cuts, pastrami, tuna etc... are one of the best values for lunch in the city @ $5 for a foot long sub and $.75 for a can soda. The dressing/seasoning really makes the subs and they don't skimp on the fillings.

Hidden Treasure!. Rumor has it that the sign came off the building years ago, but it's such a Burbank institution that it didn't need to be replaced.

I guess that's why I had never visited Giamela's until recently -- I didn't know that I was driving by it on a weekly basis without a sign above the door! My long-time Burbank companion finally showed me the way and it was worth the trip.

The pastrami sandwich I ordered was not only fantastic (obviously created w/ quality meat) - it was made to order in about 30 seconds flat.

Delicious.

Cheap.

Fast.

Service with a smile.
