False advertising and gouging a customer with an emergency health care issue. This pharmacy advertises 24-hour pharmacy service and free delivery. I called with a skyrocketing post-opertive fever on a Saturday afternoon at 2 pm and was told it would cost a minimum of $25 to get some Tylenol. This pharmacy does NOT have free delivery, even in an emergency situation.

BEST NEIGHBORHOOD PHARMACY IN TOWN !. I am so glad that I have found this pharmacy! I got my wisdom teeth taken out 2 weeks ago and saw a brochure for Glenoaks Pharmacy in my dentist's office. I decided to give them a try, since their advertisement was so appealing. Free delivery, over 40 years of experience, friendly staff, and less than 10 minutes wait time (which is excellent when you're been sitting in a dentists chair for 1 hour!). So I had my dentist call them up, give the prescription over the phone, and when I went there, I literally only had to wait 5 minutes until they put my information in their system. I imaigine the next time I go there, the wait time will be EVEN less!! GIVE THEM A TRY... =)

Best Personal Service You'll Ever Receive ! ! !. I LOVE THIS PHARMACY ! I know that Rite-Aid is doing their "$30 gift card with every transfer" but I'd rather wait 10 minutes and receive excellent, PERSONAL service, than wait 40 minutes to be treated like just another one of Rite-Aid's thousands of customers. You can truly feel the difference. I transfered all my prescriptions to Glenoaks 2 months ago, and after a few visits, the staff already knew my name and greeted me when I walked in. It a relief to know that the people who are handling your medications are qualified, responsible, and caring.

BEST SERVICE IS LOS ANGELES... A +++++. I had a doctors appointment in the building where this pharmacy is located. I was skeptical about using them as I hate making changes. At first glance, I was amazed at how professional, clean, and friendly the pharmacy appearance was. The staff is amazing and I did not have to wait more than 10 minutes. 10 MINUTES! For a busy mom and career woman, this was a dream come true. BEST THING is that they have FREE DELIVERY! They deliver while im at work and it truly makes my life so much easier. Thank you GlenOaks!

BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD! NO LINE..NO WAIT... GREAT STAFF. I walked into Glenoaks Rx pharmacy randomly on my way home from work one day. I was already in a bad mood from my long day and dreaded waiting in a long line for my daughters medication. Surprisingly, I did not have to wait at all at this place. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and they all seemed to go out of their way to please me. They even have FREE DELIVERY. Where else can you get such great service. I highly recommend this place. I will be back there again for all my prescription and medical supply needs, even if its out of my way!
