OUT OF BUSINESS - And for good reason..

Don't waste your time headed to Burbank cause this little gun shop is no more.

I special ordered a shotgun from them, picked it up, went to the range, fired it and it was broken. It was a 12 gauge pump - It fired a chambered shot but would not eject the spent shell. I needed to slam the butt of the gun against the table while forcing the pump to eject the shell. I tried break free on it, etc.

- Considering I bought the gun for home security and it could not effectively be used for two consecutive shots, I would say, they sold me a pretty defective product.

I took it back to them and they first insisted I didn't know how to use it because they were able to cycle unfired shells through the gun. I responded by saying, "I weigh 220lbs, lift weights 4 days a week and box, if I can't eject a shell, the gun is broke."

After much attitude they agreed to send it to Mossberg but wanted to charge me for shipping. Can you believe that Shi*? I buy a brand new gun from them, it's delivered broken and they want to charge me to ship it back to the manufacturer.

I feel bad they went out of business.. Times are tough... But I had really bad customer service and would not have sent further business there anyway.

At the very least, they called me to pick up the gun even after they went out of business. Hindsight they probably could have screwed me and just closed the door and kept the gun. But I don't reward people for doing the ethical thing, silly me, I expect people to be ethical.

Nice store, lots of knowledge on staff. No pressure.

Took my shotgun in for repair and was left feeling like I could really trust them. No other store could make me feel that way. Was very pleased with results. Stop in here first before going anywhere else. Stevenson's sets the standard!

Nice sales people, good prices.

Nice little store, good prices and helpful staff. Not a huge selection but a friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. Without sales pressure.
