Brutal.. I know this is a beauty salon, and I know it's supposed to give you the latest hair style, however, I like my hair long. I don't care if the style is to cut it into a lopsided bob. I don't want that. I asked for a trim...2 inches off the bottom. I walked in with waist length hair and I walked out with a mid-back length. She took off 5-6 inches. I had specifically told her the minimum. She went crazy with my hair, and the only response was that short hair is in, and dismissed me. No, never again. I'm afraid if I go in for a dye job and ask for brown, she'll dye my hair blond because it's in. Never again.
