We won't use anyone else

Art has been our accountant now for 18 years doing our personal and business taxes; we have had no reason to use anyone else. What I like best about Art is his ability to simplify what seems complex. We'd had an audit several years ago and his staff handled it perfectly. The auditor respected their professionalism and the ordeal was over quickly. When we've needed a return done quickly, we have been obliged with fast service, once even same-day. Now regarding some of the complaints I've read here, all I can say is you get back what you put forth to others.

HORRIBLE OFFICE STAFF

Art and Steve have both prepared our taxes over the last six years. I really don't have any complaints worth mentioning about Art and Steve. However, this office unfortunately has the worst office staff! The office staff is rude, disrespectful and down right nasty. The unprofessional behavior that I saw occur last week was just ridiculous!!! I would steer clear of this place.... that's what I am planning to do from now on.

I have been using Art for more than 20 years and have had total faith in him to trust my filing in taxes. They have always been able to help me in all my tax needs. even during auditing they were top notch professionals. I wouldn't go anywhere else. !!!!

TROUBLE! YOU RISK EVERYTHING (ALL) THAT YOU OWN!

Allow for them to put at least ten errors on your return which you will then have to pay again a cpa firm who will then say 'THEY SHOULD NOT BE PRACTICING BUSINESS AT ALL.' The risk 'GETTING AUDITED and then if the irs goes back several years (when they see their errors); you will then be charged for THEIR ERROR WITH INTEREST.

It's like a time clock 'START.' Your off to the races. There they GO SWEEPING IN AS MUCH MONEY FOR THEMSELVES AS THEY CAN, not giving a - - - - about anyonelse. If you want to know what the definition of GREED is go risk your investments, property; in other words YOUR LIFE and POSSIBLY KISS IT GOODBYE BECAUSE YOU PUT YOURSELF AT RISK TO BE PUT IN A DANGEROUS SITUATION HAVING THEM FILE your taxes.

Been using Arthur's services for about 10 yrs... simply, excellent. Fast, efficient... easy to get an appointment, and nice support staff. Highly recommended.
