What People Are Saying About Fantasia Billiards

In Short – Playing pool and watching sports go together like Jerry Rice and Joe Montana. Add cheap cocktails and greasy grub and you have Fantasia, a Valley favorite that is equal parts billiards hall and sports bar. A lengthy bar and dining area lead to a forest of green felt of more than 22 pool tables. Sports flash on a giant projection screen and scores of televisions throughout the roomy interior. Foosball, darts and video games in back offer more gamesmanship.
Not too shabby

This place is not so bad since there's two bad reviews but I sure hope they learned their lesson and change all that. This place sorta became my hang out to play pool or darts. The waitress are hot but not only that but they are prompt and do check on you when you need more drinks or anything. The food aren't so bad but at least they provide a full range of of choices on their menus. Only two things that I dislike about this place are: 1) the music isn't loud enough and they need to add more speakers in the surrounding place. 2) they must change the carpet. It kills it. However, an overall of this place: a nice hang out place, after-work, or lunch hours. Tips: do not park below San Fernanado Blvd to this 3 story parking if you have a big truck. Park the one above SFB to another 3 story parking on Orange Grove Ave. You'll able to find an spot early as 6pm or after 9pm. Another tips: it's a good place to go on dates and if you guys are in the mood for dancing. Just walk right across the street to this place called: Burbank Bar & Grill. ;-]
- Pros: Nice hang out
- Cons: Music isn't loud enough!
Avoid Fantasia at all costs
by gigibaggins at Citysearch
We took a friend here. She's from Germany and we thought we'd show her one of the local spots in Burbank. We go in, order some fried food and drinks. 25 minutes later, and still no drinks. I found out that it was because they'd run out of the kind that we'd ordered. And yet nobody told us. They were just going to let us sit and stew apparently. We order something else, and the EXACT SAME THING HAPPENS. Yet again, they're out, and we're sitting here clueless. After a full hour and NO DRINKS, I go up to pay and maybe give the (exceptionally impolite) waitress a piece of my mind. And what is on our bill except four drinks that we never got. Obviously I'm not paying for anything I am not drinking, and I am never going back to Fantasia again.
- Pros: Billiard Tables
- Cons: Dark, terrible service, loud
A great local hangout!

Despite the last reviewer's one bad event planning incident, this place rocks as a local hangout. The food is standard fare--burgers and lots of fried items, but it's the variety of things to do that's really the draw. Pool tables, video games, darts, tons of TVs, and a well stocked bar--hard to beat in downtown Burbank.
- Pros: Well priced, lots to do, great after-work hangout
- Cons: Dark, expect noisy game nights
