Worst Customer Service. We've been looking for professional pick-up/delivery service and found Design Installation. We, of course, requested for a quote and a woman named Wendy who was rather unfriendly gave us an estimate. A week later we called back since the company we hired backed out on us. The same girl picked up on us and said in a rather rude manner "Didn't I talk to you last week? I already told you how much it's gonna cost!" She then went on to sarcastically explain the details of the quote till I told her that she didn't have to be rude. I told her it's ok we'd rather not work with them and she totally slammed the phone down. I'm sure they do a good job, it's too bad they have poor customer service.
