STAY CLEAR AWAY!! I put my trust just because they give low cost vaccines at various PETCOS..so wrong.. Yesterday I had my little toy pomeranian go in for the first time to this location for her rabies shot. After waiting for 1 hr and having their disorganized staff put people who came in after me, before me, I kept my cool since I was having a nice day..and waited..until I finally got up when I was 2nd to the last person in the waiting room..THEN they finally put me in an empty room, without any apology.

This female doctor came in and within a few sec gave my little dog her shot..without telling me about any side affects.

Last nite at about midnite my dog couldn't walk, was crying all night and didn't go to sleep at all. I was so scared..when I tried to pick her up, she screamed in pain. After taking her to Value Pet on Westwood..the doctor told me after looking at my paper work, that they overdosed her! :o( Because she is toy, they should have known to only give her 1/4 the normal dose. She is drastically swollen on her hip and stomach area..and had to get a shot and we went home with amoxicillan and another oral painkiller.

How stupid can this Vetco place be to overdose a toy dog? Please, I don't want other mistakes to happen to other dogs..don't let the fact that they are literally next to PETCO mean that they know what they're doing!
