good onions rings, good nothing, decent taste, nice people, pretty reasonable prices
Good if you're in the neighborhood. i'm not saying to come out of your way to eat here. it's not a destination restaurant, but if you're in this area of burbank and want a burger that doesn't taste icky fried and don't want to deal with a parking nightmare, you could do a lot worse. the meat actually has a decent taste to it. it's family owned and the people are nice. i've never tried any of the teriyaki meals here, just the burgers. to my taste, the onions rings are good but i like really basic medium thick onions rings.
Basic Good Burger. So I have driven by this place a million times, today I was craving a burger so decided to stop. I wasn't sure what to expect, I was pleasantly surprised, nothing fancy a decent burger for a decent price. I would check this place out again.
It's a basic char-broiled burger joint. Not too sure about the review claiming a loyal following. There's not much to this place. Although not expensive, the pricing isn't "cheap eats" for what you get.
review of fries only.
I just don't get it! They must have 100 people working there inputing these rated high reviews.
The fries were just straight out of the frozen fry bag from the local distributer. There is nothing good about them that you can't get from anywhere else
Longtime Burbank fast food stand offers Asian and American favorites at affordable prices..
In Short
This corner stand splits its business between American on-the-go staples and popular Asian cuisine, offering everything from Avocado burgers and krinkle fries to teriyaki chicken combination plates. Easy to miss, or to mistake for just another fast food joint, this place has a loyal following of local soccer moms who grab orders to go, as well as the after school crowd. Service is mostly take out, with some small orange swivel seats inside for the occassional meal in.
Great Burgers. I swear by these burgers. They are really, really good. Somewhat on the greasy side, they are a guilty pleasure, so don't indulge too often. It's very much a to-go venue, as it's just a stand so there really isn't anywhere to sit. The fries are on the thin side, but delicous--cooked just right. The onions rings are good and crispy. Oh, and these aren't six dollar burgers--the prices are actually pretty reasonable.
