STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM HERE! HORRIBLE

HORRIBLE PLACE I WILL NEVER RETURN! i went in on a sunday to buy a 11.99 servo and they said they dont have it but can sell me a better one for 26.99 same size. my usual local hobby shop opened up (who takes ANYTHING back as long as its not too used) and they had the servo i needed in stock. went to return this, they said we dont take anything back. NEVER opened. what ASS**LES. i asked if i can get store credit or make an exchanges, they gave me a hard time. the kid working there has an attitude. EVERYTHING there is WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY overpriced. i bought a propeller for $2.60, my usual hobby store 5 minutes away has same propeller for $1.49. Lady working there has a bad attitude. dont ask for any favors, will never go out of her way for anything. STAY AWAY

Sorry I bothered them!

I stopped by on Sunday with my 2 kids, looking for paint for my son's Boy Scout project. Unfriendly, uncaring staff - the woman in charge acted like she REALLY didn't want to be there!

They dealt with us as quickly as possible, and I bothered to young guy to actually LOOK to see if they had it, though he'd clearly rather just be left alone. Did not refer us to any other place to find the stuff we needed.

  • Pros: Looked like a good selection of RC aviation stuff
  • Cons: They don't like "people"

Poor Service

Please buy somewhere else if you are looking to get excellent service. Received a gift spoke with the person that sold the gift (the owner of the store) because I wanted to exchange for a more expensive unit. The unit was a R/C Plane. R/C Plane was purchased within 2 days and Owner of the store said no way. Any business should have some sort of exchange policy for new unopened products. I am sure you agree. Find a more reputable store if you are looking to purchase.

  • Pros: None Exchange policy does not allow pros
  • Cons: Exchange policy on new items is unacceptable
