Sisters Vicki (hair stylist) and Pam (manicurist) started the Best Little Hairhouse in the early 80s, around the same time its namesake movie premiered. My mom became a customer at that time and has been going there ever since. Most of the regular clientele are women in their 40s and 50s.

However, many second generation clients make appearances for their sweet 16 parties, prom night and beyond.

Vicki keeps up with current trends. She was just as likely to do a good Madonna wannabe look in the 80s and she was to do a Rachel in the 90s.
